I have sent you a long email expressing our experience at the, well it’s certainly not like any hotel I’ve stayed in, and certainly looking to to claim a refund of some description as the two night stay was a total disaster. Stuart Murray.

Location
There was stains on the sheets. You can see stains on the mattress. We found hairs on the pillows.
The bathroom had mold/dirt on the ceiling. The toilet was permanently stained. The shower has a bad smell. The area around the sink wasnt clean.
The bedroom had peeling paint on the walls and was visually dirty.
Tried to watch TV but the signal was lost when anyone walked in the room.
Told the receptionist, they went to check. And thought it was a good standard. If they believe it to be in good condition then I dread to think how the rest of the hotel rooms are.
The room we stayed in needed a complete refurb or a very deep clean. We left after 30 mins to a known chain of hotels for the same price we paid for this hotel.

It's my 3rd stay and it is perfect for work related stays, great price, right on the edge of town. Breakfast buffet is perfect for me, brilliant start to the day. Staff are so helpful. Because it is used a lot by business workers, it goes silent at about 1030pm, great for a good night's sleep.

Location -close to the airport. Walking distance to a nice selection of restaurants. Yoghurt available for breakfast was a bonus.
Bed was way too firm, did not sleep well at all.

It's very old and dated not worth £82 a night needs to have some work done on it needs new carpets ,painting a whole re fresh is needed urgently

Good location
This hotel needs a lot of investment. There is wallpaper peeling off, the walls need repainting, the furniture is cheap and bashed about. Breakfast has not changed since the 80s

Really good value for a hotel in such a good, central location and with plenty of free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room could have been cleaner, there was no toilet paper (although this was quickly resolved on request) and the whole place needs updating.

The bed was comfortable
I was at the front above the door and peoples smoke was rising into my room so it constantly smelled of smoke. There was some disturbance around 1am, someone was swearing and arguing very loudly and there were some really loud sounds like the front door being kicked in. I asked if non dairy milk could be supplied. I received a reply from booking.com saying the hotel could accomodate this. When I asked at breakfast a very unpleasant woman told me she knew nothing of this
