Staff - extremely polite and helpful. Very clean, and good facilities.

A few items are a bit dated.

Go with the attitude to relax and you certainly will ! The longer the stay the better it gets

Dinner - good but not exceptional

Breakfast was excellent. Facilities of the hotel are excellent. Staff is very welcoming.

Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance. Some Hangers are not fixed properly and general finishing details are lacking. The room we stayed in was a twin room and it was impossible to find the thermostat of the AC of the 2nd room.

The lobby area, restaurant and breakfast were excellent.

The rooms need total refurbishment, especially the bathrooms that have rusty fittings. Windows and doors were literally deteriorating. Not good value for money.

Hotel location grounds and rooms were absolutely beautiful. I particularly thought 2 pools one for adults and one for children was very well thought out. The spa pool and area was also very tranquil.

Unfortunately, some guests were not considerate when smoking.....I was very surprised to see guests smoking in the courtyard restaurant while people were still eating. Guests were smoking in the pool and spa pool areas also - this spoiled the ambience. Perhaps a designated area away from guests could alleviate this inconsiderate attitude.

We stayed at the hotel last year and we enjoyed it so much we decided to go back this year! The rooms are clean and reasonable spacious, the pool is lovely and the food is great.

From the beginning on the check in I have a very warm welcoming,,and was a special occasion for my partner they brought me 2 piece of cake, I found the room gorgeous with a bottle of red wine, and we got even a glass of prosecco complimentary.,all the facilities very well , all atmosphere was quite and peaceful, all the staff was kind and efficient., High recommended

We liked the peacefulness, the facilities but mostly the food.

Not that I didn't like it but I suggest that they should invest in a better WI FI and better tv stations. Also the televisions look very small for the room size.

The ambience of the property is unique. Decor lovely and improved. Pools exceptionally clean. Gardens in great order and tidy. Room clean and everything worked.

The pillows need replacing. Presently these are lumpy and not in good condition. The restaurant could not pride a prawn cocktail (something all ingredients were available for. Chef refused to make this very simple dish. Not enough sun umbrella. A lot are in poor condition and need to look uniform and plentiful. Had to ask two different members of staff and finally reception had to organise. There was no shade available around pool and two ladies left their towel and t shirt to reserve two chairs from 10am till 4.30pm.

We stayed in one of the bungalows and there’s a lot of privacy. The staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also great, with a lot of options to choose from. Spa experience was very good. The outside heated pool is amazing, wish it was open til later than 8pm to enjoy even more. There are cute cats everywhere in the outdoor premises which for me is a huge plus.

Double mattress was actually two singles together, which makes a very uncomfortable gap in the middle and they were also a bit too soft. It’s sad to relax all day in the spa and then sleep in a bed that will give you backpain the next day. Bungalows’ bathrooms need to be updated. There was very very loud music until past 11pm on Saturday, coming from a nearby bar I suppose.

I was invited with confidence from the General Manager the previous month and unfortunately the room provided was worse then the previous one, when we had visited the previous month! I have no clue why I was asked to book with confidence! Suck words and promises are so vacant!!! Apart from that, we decided to take lunch from the hotel and after being seated, just waited over 25 minutes to have someone and come take both drinks and food order. Pathetic...

cleanliness and breakfast were exceptional.

the temperature inside the rooms were incredibly high and very difficult to adjust. when adjusted the temperature was still high/hot even with 18degrees. in fact after our stay, 3 out of 6 guests left sick from the hotel with the change in temperature attributed to this!
