This was our 2nd stay in less than 12 months. We were very happy with the place 1st time around & had no hesitation in selecting it for the repeat. Would stay again when relevant. A great place to stay.
Bed was satisfactory but a larger, more comfortable would have been even better

We bleven maar 1 nacht vooraf aan onze tour op K’gari en het overtrof onze verwachtingen van een motel. Comfortabele, grote bedden in een grote kamer met een propere badkamer en alle basisfaciliteiten die je nodig hebt en parkeerplaats voor de deur

Room smelled nice and was very comfortable. I appreciated that they provided bottled water in the fridge. I checked in late and was pleasantly surprised when I came into my room and it was already cool and comfortable as they turned on the aircon in readiness.
Shower made a small pool on the outside of the stall, but otherwise it was OK

The staff were friendly. Value for money was excellent. Beds very comfortable.

Staff were exceptional. We discovered our bank accounts had been incorrectly frozen by our bank upon arrival and we did not have access to funds. Staff were extremely understanding and let us stay overnight whilst we resolved the issue. I could not speak highly enough of management here they were absolutely fantastic to us.
Location is great being central and near the RSL club and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable.

noisy, poor facilities for cost, not able to park outside, no door on shower, bed uncomfortable, tea and milk were disgusting.

clean rooms with new mattresses on the beds. adequate seating and good sized rooms. the addition. of a microwave is useful and thoughtful. location is great, being close to shopping and the surgical hospital. vouchers for the RSL are also most helpful when it comes to dinner.

Did not have breakfast 😐 left early. I appreciated the gift vouchers, however was too tired to use them, had an early night. I appreciated the large car park with lots of space away from rooms on other side of car park. I will use this hotel again.
Only one wish, i prefer a hand held shower, so that my hair does not get wet, happy with the shower cap, but difficult keeping water off certain areas.

The hotel was spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom sink to put all my items on, great lighting, water pressure was spot on, complimentary bottles of waters, the pool is a plus. I loved the customer service all the ladies were extremely lovely and welcoming! 😁

No door or curtain on shower. Water sprayed everywhere on the bathroom floor. Very slippery.

Huge warm welcome when we arrived! Cindy was lovely & a great help. Room was spacious & clean, bathroom modern & great size. Pool kept the kids happy. Was advised to visit the RSL for food with discount voucher from the hotel & we’re glad we did! Great experience & good food.

Staff were friendly
Carpet was very filthy even though it was meant to be cleaned early in Dec. Had to have shoes on unless you wanted to get very dirty feet.
Stayed 5 nights,only had a tidyup & no cleaning done.
Expected sheets to be changed once. We did get clean towels every day.

The room was well contained and had everything we needed. Spacious and well set out.
Noise from traffic and surrounding areas. Especially at 5:30 in the morning which was frustrating.
