Location and cleanliness

Disorganized staff. They told me I had paid for my stay through an app, and then emailed me after I left to tell me I hadn’t paid. This is after my things got stolen at the beach and they harassed me about getting their money, even after I explained to them that my money wasn’t what was stolen. Mismanagement.

Location great. Receptionist very helpful. Clean. Only complaint is the cleaning service starts too early and too loud so you won’t be able to sleep after 9am. Be aware of that

Great location, friendly staff in the reception and restaurant/breakfast room and the breakfast was lovely! We ended up having lunch on the hotel restaurant terrace too and it was excellent.

Set perfectly with the beach just 200 metres away, the old town 10 minutes on foot only. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. My room was ok but quite dark as the only window was on the interior of the third floor. Wi-fi was good.

Small double bed size and the horrible French single long pillow you have to share with your partner. Room furniture bit outdated.

The rooms were well appointed and relatively updated for the price range.

The hotel was closed and had forgotten to inform me. They made an exception and allowed me to stay as it was their mistake, but there was no hot water until the next morning and I was unable to get wifi access as there was no staff on hand after my initial check in to assist or to ask questions of. It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed as I had hoped to have breakfast on site given that I had an early start the next morning. All of these problems are a result of the fact that the hotel was not in a state to be accepting guests and my reservation wasn't canceled.

We experienced a buzzing noise at night that came from the light control and we had to cut the power off for not hearing it. Despite this, everything was perfect!

When we arrived there were hairs on the room floor

This is the second time We have been to the hotel recently. Everything has been excellent and such good value for money. Would recommend this to anyone.
