Within walking distance 15mins from the centre of Urumbamba you will find this oasis of an hotel. The hotel grounds are massive and the beautiful all white hotel in grounds of roses , greenery and all sorts of exotic plants from the sacred valley are enough to take your breath away. I lost count of how many photos I took. The staff at reception accommodated our every wish to make our stay truly perfect - on our last day we had a late flight from Cusco and it was so perfect for us to check out later at the hotel. The food a la carte menu room service was delightful plus there are some small restaurants serving Peruana traditional food very close with a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel. Totally recommend a stay here if you visit Urumbamba on your explore of the sacred valley or machu Pichu. With a view of the mountains from our balcony and the grandeur of the hotel - you just must make a visit here. 10/10

Everything was great. Attitude, service, promptness etc. Oh, and kindness. Internet needs boosting

Gardens and courtyard are pretty. Friendly staff. On site restaurant is good. Shower has big rain head with plenty of water pressure. Close to PeruRail station.

Beds are very hard. Wi-Fi only in lobby and slow due to too many people online. Sewer gas smell in room remedied with towel over vent. Location is an oasis surrounded by poverty. No where to walk or eat near property.
