Nice comfy bed. Great shower that's immediately hot . Nice courtyard. Friendly proprietor. It's close to everything, but out of the way.( When you hit the main square, you'll understand why this is good). Right behind the place is a good tapas bar that is all locals. So you get the local flavour. My room overlooked this. One of the features of Spanish "bars" is that there are ALWAYS screaming kids running around....These rooms have unbelievably good window soundproofing. The checkout time is reasonable.

The wifi signal doesn't reach to the end of the building. You need to find the sweet spot. The towel sucked. Small, bleachy and sad

The location is great as you can reach the main monuments on a short walk. Beds were confortable. Staff let us leave our luggage after the check-out till the evening.

We didn't get any password WiFi or information about Toledo on our arrival. The courtains from the bathroom have lots of stains, they must change it.

No negatives that I can remember

A prime location in the centre of Toledo old town. Very close to local monuments, pubs restaurants and local stores.

Check-in was out of the ordinary, they demanded to show the price I paid instead of asking my name and take me the the room I booked like everywhere, they took me to a small room and told me this is what I have paid for because I used booking. The room was very small barely had space around the bed, no bedside lamp, and no reachable switch from the bed. Now having used booking.com for a long time on my trips I know I'm getting good deals since I'm at genius level 2. When I talked with the staff (a couple) the woman started to mumble in spanish, (I am fluent in Spanish and there was nothing good on what she was mumbling) the husband showed us the room we showed on the pictures and said it was free for extra 20€ in cash which I refused since it only looked as a scam to rip me off money. As if this was not enough, we could only be outside until midnight since they would close the door and we would have to disturb everyone by ringing the doorbell. But some other guests were not so considerate and left the TV on up to 2:30am when I call the property, phone no one answered but at least 15 min after the husband went there and told him to shutdown the TV, because you could listen in all rooms.

Great location in the center of the city. Nice, clean and modern room with a/c. Overall very satisfied.
