dummerweise habe ich die falschen daten gebucht und konnte diese kostenlos ändern. Die Frau an der Rezeption war super lieb! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon was super toll war und die Zimmerwände waren bemalt, was wir cool fanden!:) Wir waren überrascht über das Hotel da wie nagh dem wandern einfach was einfaches günstiges wollten und viel mehr bekommen haben als erwartet. preisleistungs verhältnis und location sind super. würde wieder kommen:)

Aufenthalt.
Receptionistin Katja hat uns mit ihrer feinfühligen Ader, sogar ein für uns angenehmeres und RUHIG gelegenes Upgrade Zimmer gegeben.
Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln🙂!

Our room under the roof was really hot, despite the radiators turned off and the windows open all night. But with the windows open it was still hot but then also very noisy both from the disco downstairs and from revelers and traffic on the road. We struggled to get one hour of sleep

The room is basic. Good location for skiing probably, since it is very close to the lifts.
Complicated to find parking. Abnormally expensive breakfast, which I didn´t take. The room is located about the bar, that can be noisy.

Loved the location, cool room, very accommodating front desk hostess, bar, free AM coffee. I went to ride MTB and Arena Lodge exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend and hope I get to go back! Also, Noah across the street at Green Valley Bikes is the man and hooked me up with a sick rental and local knowledge. There was a also a bartender from Netherlands who was super cool! Secret bike locker and spa for the win!

It was a decent simple room, good value for money. Reaching it is a little bit annoying, seeing as you have to walk a long tunnel under the hotel. Didnt have many extras, just the beds and a bathroom. We would recommend if you dont need a luxury getaway. Location is as good as it gets! We like it and come often.

Location was superb and makes up for other inconveniences. Personnel very friendly. Comfortable sitting area with coffee was all good. The hotel helped with late checkout and possibility to change after last day of boarding. Nice place for ski/snowboard.
We had about the smallest room in the house. Thought we booked room with balcony, but watch with booking, because it reads "some" rooms have it. Bathroom is extremely small and not up to hotel standards, Toiletries very limited. No possibility to include breakfast.

The staff at Arena are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big enough as long as you don't have too much luggage. The wellness/sauna and the ski boot heating room are very convenient. Parking was easy in the underground garage. Location is the best.
Some rooms have better mattresses than others. Water pressure is not excellent in the shower.

Vastly overpriced. Room was tiny and shower only good if you are 4'6" tall. No tea/coffee in room but very small section available in reception. No breakfast option. Noise from bar until early hours.
