As soon I arrived the receptionist said he didn't have my booking, despite I have several messages from them since I reserved the room. Furthermore the payment was processed before my arrival and I showed him the receipt from hotel and the debit in my account. So for me to stay there I have to pay again in the reception my own booking that was previously paid.upon check out he said he had my booking but he didn't gave my money back.

The pool was dirty and not kept up. Had a bar area with no drinks to offer had to go somewhere else for food. Back area not Kept clean and the power went out in the am and ac stopped working due to short of power and not a fan in the room to keep us from getting hot.

Really dirty hotel, they know absolutely no English so communicating was difficult since they had no service and the wifi doesn’t work we couldn’t translate. As soon as we walked in we could see mold on the walls and bugs eating it.. there were spiders and spider webs in the shower, floors were dirty. We left about an hour after checking in because it was so gross..

If 0 was an option, they would get it. The state of the entire hotel was absolutely disgusting. From the entrance, through to the room. Our bedsheets were dusty, our toilet had no seat on it, we found a dried up dead worm on one of the towels and all three were ragidy and stained. They didn't know we had a reservation, there was no wifi in the rooms and no area to sit and use wifi anywhere else. The clerk was extremely rude when we went to check out only hours after getting there and charged us $600 pesos just to leave. You should take this place off your site.

Clean rooms, hot water, kitchen, fridge, pool, airconditioning, the woman who worked there was kind, good price for this super expensive region.

Water pressure could be better, Wi-Fi could be better, pool could use some maintenance and lounge chairs. Tv didn't work. Lighting could be improved.

We had a reservation without any problem and spent a whole day sleeping after s long trip.

The hotel staff told we had "incident" or problems. I would like to investigate what was that 'incident" if we haven't even left the room, used a TV or other devices with high volume.

Big room but as a solo female traveler I did not feel comfortable in this hotel. All of the staff were men and I didn't like how they looked at me. If you're a group of people it should be fine but I wouldn't recommend to solo female travellers.

What a disappointment. There is a king-sized bed and two bath towels, but that's it! No fridge, no glasses, no soap, not even a toilet seat! The pool was also questionable.

The hotel was very far from tulum center. Also the room didn’t have anything in it. No fridge, no shampo, no hand soap, nothing. The shower was dripping literally. I wanted to take a shower and it was horrible.

I found the biggest cockroach in my bathroom. I would recommend no one to stay at this location. And when I checked into the lobby the man was on a phone call and he didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes. When I went to look for him to tell him about the cockroach it took him 15 minutes to get out of his room. And then he told me he’s not gonna give me my money back. But I should go to booking.com to try to get my money back.

ANIMAL ABUSE ALERT: during our stay, the attendant kept his dog in a closed room (the pool's engine room) on a short leash (about 1 meter) at least an entire day and night. Remember that when you are quiet about abuse, you are supporting it. Aside from that, the room was dirty (bedsheets and floor were fine) and had a cockroach and mosquitoes and flies. The pool was mildly dirty as well but usable if you shower right after. Electricity went down during our second night and didn't return till we checked out. WiFi was very slow. Attendant was not friendly which was a surprise considering how nice most Mexicans we cross paths with are.

First room they tried to put us in had mold all over wall, we asked for change and got amazing clean nice room and all was perfect, so ask
