There was a good choice of restaurants and food to choose from

It is a huge resort complex, with many different facilites and activities. The cocktails are nice, they use branded alcohol. The food is amazing, specially in the Moonlight restaurant but we also liked the buffet at the main restaurant. The staff was friendly with us. There was some live music in the evening on of the night, we really liked it. We ended up getting a bigger room upon arrival, which was nice and more comfortable. As a tip, try to book your ala carte restaurants as soon as possible, since they get full very fast, we couldn’t make it unfortunately to the Italian one. However the food as I said is also great in the main restaurant and you will definitely not stay hungry or thirsty in this hotel.

1. There is no iron the room, when we called the reception, they told us there is a ironing service, however you have to pay for it and if you are in a hurry, its not convenient. 2. We asked the reception to bring some water bottles in our room, and they refused and said the mini bar is only refilled every second day. So we saw many people going to the bar with empty bottles and asked the bartenders to fill them up. I think this is unexpected and unprofessional from this category of hotel. 3. The hotel is huge so expect to walk a lot in case you got a room outside of the main building. 4. The pool is not heated so for us it was a bit cold ( End of May)

The whole experience was fantastic and I can’t wait to revisit soon! We stayed in a room with a private pool and it couldn’t have been better! It was always peaceful and the views are incredible! The room was so clean and the cleaning team are so lovely and understand if you’d like a little longer in bed! They always left our room immaculate! The staff overall are fantastic! The animation team were fantastic, they made our evenings and had us in fits of laughter! The food was lovely! A lot of the reviews mentioned that it was always the same but we found a lot of different options and some themed nights! We would definitely recommend the barbecue night, freshly grilled meats and vegetables cooked traditionally and it was absolutely delicious! We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the staff that made our stay 5*

The location of the hotel - in the middle of nowhere and not much to do around it! The facilities at the hotel are good but once you had gone for a swim, played tennis or mini golf there’s not much else. The spa wasn’t really our thing and was a little pricey.

huge hotel = lots of people= queues at breakfast time! queuing for fried eggs & omelettes , you would think some people had never seen n them before! also not much to do at the hotel, the entertainment was poor and not much going on outside of the hotel, I wouldn’t go back.

The clean area, variation of food, the big pool area, the beach and the rooms. We have stayed in both the junior suites with sharing pool, family rooms, deluxe room, honeymoon room with private pool and the executive suite. We love them all and the rooms are spaceious and very comfortable. We have travelled both with our kids, alone and with family and friends. We always come back her when visiting Rhodes. The staff is amazing! This resort is perfect when travelling with younger kids as well as teenagers, and also as couples.

We loved everything about it!
