Great and helpsom, Perfect location. Great food and breakfast. Super apartment loft we stayed in.

An access lift for the room would have been great. We don’t know whether there is a parking spot from the hotel, if so, we did not find it. Bigger TV’s and mini bars would maybe be considered as an upgrade to the rooms

Breakfast was awesome, very enjoyable. The town was quaint and historic, staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Location is excellent

The location which is in the town centre. Shops and restaurants are around. You can park your car behind the hotel. We did the mistake to park it in one of the parking lots where you had to pay. Probably didn't notice it when we did the booking.

Well, we came and thought the reception was open and nobody seemed to take a notice about us arriving. Well, after some time someone checked us in. No sign where to check in either but obviosuly at the restaurant of the hotel. Thought it was a guest first discussing something that seemed to be important. Maybe guests or workers. Don't know. Well, thought the hotel/room was over-priced.

Very nice large room, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The property is listed as dog friendly, we also confirmed with hotel with bookings manager. But when we arrived with our two dogs, willing to pay the 20 euro cleaning fee, the staff said that they Didn’t Allow Dogs!!!! Thankfully they let us stay anyway, but we’re friendly to us about it, even though their policies were mislabeled on the bookings app.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Pillows, however, were too thin and no extra pillows were available. Notice to other travellers: Hotel seems to be un-staffed after 18.00 when the check-in close. Unfortunately we had not realised that this quite big hotel acutally closed and locked up at 18.00 when check-in ended. We had been travelling a long distance this day (approx. 1000km) and did not arrive until 19.00. As we had stayed in this hotel several times over the years and usually arrive very late in the evening, we made the misstake to expect that late arrival would be possible also this time. Eventually, we got hold of hotel staff who came to the hotel and checked us in after complaining that customers should pay attention to check-in times. As we had not paid attention to check-in times we offered our deepest appologies. He was also more than willing to share his infinitie widsom that all hotels around the world close their check-in at 18.00 and that one could not expect to be guaranteed a room reservation if arrival is later than that............

Pricey
