Mara was lovely. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Leonarda was a great and superb host. The check in was seamless and she ensured that our stay was pleasant. On top of that, she offered us a ride to the restaurant for dinner and gave us complementary drinks. If you're visiting Plitvice, this is where you should stay! We can't wait to visit Plitvice again.

Location was approximately 10 minutes drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park. If you're not driving, it could be a hassle. Other than that, everything was great.

We had an amazing stay. This appartment is located near (5 minutes by car) Plitvice national park, but is sufficiently far to avoid the crowds and/or noise. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The layout was enough for 4 adults and 2 children, the beds were comfortable, heating is available and working great (even in very cold weather). Ample parking space available at no extra cost. Various shopping options nearby. Last but certainly not least - the owners are simply amazing, warm and welcoming hosts. Thanks for a great experience, see you soon!

I cannot think of a single thing. The only point that comes to mind is a suggestion. If you are coming by car, you can freely explore the amazing surroundings. If not, let the owners know, I am sure they can suggest something. If arriving in spring or summer (or any other period, for that matter), don't forget there is so much more in this area apart from Plitvice, and all of it is nearby. Google is your friend but you will have amazing hosts, so that is what I suggest you start with.

Our hostess was open and welcoming. She made us a wonderful breakfast and encouraged us to pack the leftovers for a lunch to take with us on our trip to Plitvice National Park. During breakfast she taught us some of the history of the area.

Amazing experience in all aspects

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful! They live in the same building (separate entrance), so always nearby. We mainly liked the location: short distance to Plitvice, and close to the bus station. We did everything by public transport, except for Plitvice lakes, we took a taxi for 15-20 euros, in order to get there early (first bus only at 9am). Location is good for mountainbiking too. A lot of things to do in the neighbourhood, you can easily spend several days. There's a (very small) market at walking distance, and you have several restaurant options too. The apartment is spacious, and everything was very clean.

Not a lot to mention: table in the kitchen is not that big, and the bed was ok but not top.

Heartfelt warm welcome from hostess and memorable time in a beautiful place. Highly Recommend!

The house was adorable, and in such a beautiful setting! My kids loved the little swing set. The host was so kind and hospitable. Beds were comfy!

We left too early in the morning to get to enjoy breakfast. So if you plan to get to Plitvice Lakes when it opens at 7, just know you’ll probably miss breakfast! (But we just bought some fruit from the nearby market to have for breakfast and it was fine!)

We rented the private apartment which was very clean and has nice furniture. House Leonarda is very close to the plitvice lakes. The breakfast is amazing. Everyday hostess Mara makes this for you for an additional price. I've never had so much food for breakfast. Also, Mara is amazing. She is very kind and tried everything she can to give you the best possible stay. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you Mara for an amazing time!

Convenient place to stay close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. The apartment was a good size for our large family. Everything was very clean, and the host was great.

Nice location, spacious and comfortable

Location is wonderful. Nature all over the place. If you are looking for place to rest, search no more. It has everything.

However if you plan larger groups that intend to stay awake longer in the night and have some louder conversations, play some music - look for another property. Host lives in same house and one apartment is on 2nd floor of the house which shares same hallway as host's home. You can unintentionally enter their bath or badroom.

Gracious, kind host - breakfast was amazing in quality and quantity for the price. Highly recommend for families.
