The restaurant was nice
The room was so so dirty, the toilet loose and shower not properly cleaned. The curtains were ripped. Carpet disgustingly dirty. Our socks were so dirty after walking on it. We were booked in for 2 nights but so disappointed only stayed 1 of these nights. The room was $409 per night, grossly over priced for an old, dirty room.

Room very spacious and well lit, mini bar was available as was a microwave. The lounge and bed both very comfortable, staff were very polite and helpful. Location was excellent, as was the restaurant.
A/C could not be adjusted above 20C which although set to warm is too cool for winter

Very lovely and clean. WiFi and netflix was great for the kids. Breakfast was a great size and very nice.

Nice and clean, great facilities and good location, easy parking
There was a lot of light that comes into the room at a night even with the blinds closed the light reflects up the top of the curtain and the room is extremely bright.
There were a lot of children running around yelling at night like it was a playground but that isn’t the motels fault just inconsiderate parents so no chance for an early night if you need one.

Good location on the main road from Bathurst. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Modern interior. Microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster in room.

The size of the room was great and very comfortable with everything we needed there.
We didn't like the smelly drain and constant noise of trickling water under the bathroom floor. We had to close the bathroom door at all times. It was also disappointing that there wasn't any breakfast seved on the Friday and we had to get something from McDonalds - yuk!

Bed and pillows need replacing. The room needs to be redone. Stains on carpet. Could tell that only a quick clean was done and there was still dirt and hair on bathroom floor and second bedroom. We ordered room service, and it wasn't until we rang to chase it up that we were told there were issues in the kitchen. But each phone call was a different excuse and then we were told what we had ordered was not available. We had travelled 5 hours that day with our one year old and the best they could do was a bowl of hot chips and two beers. Nearly 3 hours later.

If you choose to walk, the motel is bit far from the town centre (30 mins walk). Bathroom is outdated and needs renovations.
