We had a great time at this pet-friendly duplex over the long Independence Day holiday. Clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood well above Silverthorne. Walk to hiking/biking, quick access to Silverthorne outlets, Frisco and Lake Dillon fun, and easy to see how it would be ideal in winter for short drives to Breck, Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, even Vail or Ski Cooper isn't a super long drive. Highly recommended, and Ashley is proactive, attentive and responsive to requests!

We needed a get away from work so we found this duplex. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. Great communication with the property owner as well. The code lock was so handy to have so you don’t have to worry about a key. The inside was clean and just renovated. There are great trails in walking distance, I wouldn’t try parking at them since there is limited parking at the trail heads. Just go for it and walk straight there. The second balcony upstairs was great for cooling off since it got up to almost 90 degrees when we were there. There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans to circulate the air. If you crack the window when it gets warm inside it cools off very quickly. One thing we weren’t expecting were the dogs in the other houses nearby were never on leashes and will walk around without being watched. We have a dog that we are working on training with and this caused us a few problems with potty time. Another thing is to make sure to check your GPS, I-70 can have some nasty traffic build up.

Great owners and location!

Spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. Kids loved the bunk bed upstairs and had fun playing in the snow every chance they got. Kitchen was well equipped having almost everything I needed for Thanksgiving dinner. Would come back and stay again!

Within 10-20 minutes of so many great options. Loved the hiking and biking trails 100 yards from the front door! Very comfortable cabin for our family of four and dog. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and DVDs when we wound down our days.

The process was easy and the property manager was easy to contact for information.

Enjoyed our weekend. Relaxing. Decent location, close to everything, Nice deck to sit on. We were thankful for the owner allowing us to take our dogs. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house and recommend it if you're looking for something in the area. We especially enjoyed spending time on the patio, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and hiking on the excellent trails that are very close by. The owners were great hosts and were very accommodating.

The property was just what we needed. It could have used maybe some updating like the temperature control panels. The property could use some kind of cooling upstairs in the summer. But honestly it was great it was cozy and felt honey. Just what my family needed

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood on the hill. The size and layout was perfect for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and hammock. Convenient for a trip to the mountains and close to many other towns and activities. Highly recommend!

Great location, very close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Great mountain views from the deck. Very dog friendly with miles of trails across the street. All the amenities included.

Ashley was great to work with. She made the check in/out process effortless. The home has a lovely patio for evening meals looking at beautiful views. The kitchen was provisioned with everything we needed.

From the beginning of this process, Ashley had always been very responsive and helpful. Then due to the Coronavirus shutting down the skiing, we contacted Ashley and asked if it would be possible to receive a refund on our stay. She was very gracious and immediately refunded our full amount. I can not speak to the home since we didn't make it that far, but the customer service of Ashley has been fantastic. I only have the listing 4 stars because I didn't actually see it and couldn't comment.

The owner was very quick to respond to my request. She followed up with concise accurate information, and the guidance in the unit was "spot on"... we tried every recommended dining establishment on her list and loved them all. Really close to town. My favorite test... when all of the showers were on at the same time, everyone still had HOT WATER... !!!!

We had two kiddos under 14 months for our stay and this place was just perfect for that. There was a high chair, pack n play, bibs, and baby utensils. Nice and cozy with the fireplace and plenty of movies to watch (several Disney movies!). Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and loved having the washer and dryer as well as the bathtub for kids.

We enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing location, close to all of the ski resorts on I 70! The house is cute and we loved the fire place! Ashley was a great host. The pictures and description of the condo are accurate. My only recommendation is to bring basic necessities with you, such as soap and shampoo, and salt if you're planning on cooking, as they are not provided.
