There were no alternatives for different diets like lactose-free products or plant-based products. No decaf. Fruits were unfortunately not so fresh.

The club located in the nice place and has different entertainments especially for the kids.

The room was too cold. Heating was off before arrival and the whole bungalow was frozen. Turning on the heating after checkin didn't allow to warm it up enough before the night. Breakfast seems overpriced - I would expect more hit options.

Friendly and very competent employees at the reception and I appreciated one guy taking the time to repair our umbrella on our terrace!

WiFi was very weak!

No Air-conditioning or ventilator

We arrived at Sunday outside reception opening times. In the morning we got a call to remind us about reception opening times. In case we would arrive late, we could pick up the keys in the restaurant, which we did. The house was clean and quietly located. We had neighbours at both sides, but did not hear them inside the house. The park has a good restaurant where you can get breakfast or dinner against very reasonable prices. The pool is still open and with all covid19 rules (30 persons at one time, max 1 hour if there are people waiting) we had the big pool most of the times for us alone.

The only complaint we had (the kids): no WIFI available in the house. Only in the reception building there is WIFI available. For the rest everything was fine.
