Our family gathered at this beautiful home to celebrate our Thanksgiving. The location was perfect with beautiful views and the home had wonderful accommodations to support our time together. I would highly recommend this property and will be eager to return!

The place was spacious, very comfortable for our large group. Everyone was happy in their own space. The kitchen is very well appointed with dishes and appliances. We enjoyed the pool and sauna (the hot tub is out of order though). It was a very pleasant stay.

The house had plenty of room for all of us to sleep and eat together. It is located very near the center of town. It had everything and more that you would need. Snoopy was visible from the back patio and was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only concern was the pool. It was unavailable to us the whole 5 days and numerous attempts to contact the host were futile.

Our group of 5 women were thrilled with our choice of this Sedona treasure. The home was huge and we each had very comfortable large rooms. Close to some restaurants and shopping so we walked one day. The views from this gem were perfect!

We enjoyed our stay, the view and location were amazing. We were a group of older ladies 50+ We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants in the uptown area. The kitchen was well equipped, and recently remodeled. We were very disappointed in the fact the hot tub was not working, in fact it was disgusting with black water and many bugs. There was a heavy wood cover on it, and obviously has not been working for a while. The pool heater was not working. So, our plan to relax in the hot tub, and chill in the pool was not available for us to use. The outdoor bbq was all rusty, so we were not able to use that. There was plenty of seating in living and dining area for all of us. The upstairs mattresses are fine; however, the downstairs really needs to be replaced. We did enjoy our stay, however we all felt disappointed on the amenities listed were not able to use.

This property met all our expectations and my family had a great experience. Great views! Close to everything. House is perfect for big family and has newly renovated kitchen. We just hoped the jacuzzi was working, but overall, everything was great. Will definitely recommend this property to friends/family.

The place was large and spacious enough for the 10 adults. We had a great trip with beautiful views and could walk downtown. The only thing we had issues was the pool heater was not working and pool water was cold. Plus hot tub is not even issuable. Needs to be cleaned.

The location was the best part of this VRBO. It was a spacious, older house that has some maintenance issues. We very much appreciated that the rental agent got the pool heater working.

We were a group of siblings who came for our niece’s wedding. I was able to have both of my children and their spouses stay as well. My sister has a house across the street so it was great to be able to walk back and forth. The views are stunning. I even got up early one morning to watch the sunrise. We had all we needed. The long table in the dining room was nice to be able to have meals together. I can highly recommend it.

Nice large house. Enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to Sedona.

We had a delightful stay at this VRBO with great location, beautiful remodeled kitchen, which met our needs for ten women hiking together in Sedona. Please note the leak in the dinning room & US master bedroom windows have a water leak with water stains on shades that do not work. The jacuzzii does not work in the US master bedroom with several lamps needing new bulbs in the house. The toilet tank in the US twin bedroom runs continuously. The amenities on the property description list the hot tub, which was not available for use & also shown in the photos of the property. We enjoyed our stay, but this beautiful home needs a few home improvements.

The property is unique but a little tired. One of the shower doors broke along with one of the toilet handles while we were there. The property manager was awesome and timely on the repairs. We were also told the pool would be heated and is was not. The property manager did send someone out but that did not happen until mid-week so that was disappointing. Also, it rained while we were there and there was water coming in off of the main bathroom closet. We put a bucket in the space to catch the water. I will say the location is amazing along with the views from the property and the property was very clean. Just needs some TLC and updates.

So easy, so clean, so elegant and comfortable. Walk everywhere, convenient ... basically perfect!

We enjoyed our three nights in Sedona. The location was perfect, the views from the deck were amazing! We LOVED the huge dining room table. We had issues with figuring out the remotes for the TV— the instructions didn’t match the products. The carpets could use a good cleaning, and it would of been nice to have some extra hand towels and washclothes in the bathrooms! A couple of us lucked out and happened to be in the driveway while a couple herds of Javalina walked by!! The bathroom situation was awkward with no common bathroom in the basement. We had a wonderful stay and would come back!

We did a friends group of 11 women. The house was just amazing. Beautiful pool and the views were unbelievable. It was close in to the downtown scene. We absolutely loved it!

This house is just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. It has big bedrooms that are nicely spaced apart and provide plenty of privacy. It’s a shame that the upstairs bedroom with the attached bathroom has twin beds instead of a queen and it would be really nice if there was a bathroom downstairs on addition to the one on the downstairs master Unfortunately, the carpets have numerous stains. One of the twin beds upstairs had dirty sheets and many of the pots and pans needed additional washing before being used We did love our stay and the view is beautiful.

It pains me to leave a bad review. I tried to get owner to work with me, but no response. I feel I should have got a little money back. 1st I booked for pool and hot tub. Had the pool, miss lead, hot tub out of order, pics show different! There seemed to be alot of bugs. But the main reason I felt owed a little $ back. There are snakes in the wall! Saw 2 come out through a hole in the frame work! If you went to the basement you could hear them in the wall! It really shook my grandkids up!

The location of this house is perfect, super walkable to the Uptown area of Sedona, and easy to get to the rest of town. The pool and the views off the pool deck are spectacular. The rest of the house was a bit of a letdown. While the house can handle a lot of people, it has a very awkward layout and is very dated. I wouldn't mind that, but it is clear that the owners/managers don't keep other things updated. The pots and pans were very beat up and old. The dishwasher doesn't really clean the dishes. The hot tub has a leak (apparently long-term) and was very dirty. The cushions for the outdoor chairs are in tatters. The pool towels have rust-stains and are old and scratchy. The trash cans were full to the brim with trash from the previous renters. We did experience many bugs inside the the house: cockroaches (apparently common in the desert but still), camel spiders and one (dead) scorpion. Additionally, communication with the owner/manager was quite poor. Ultimately, even though the location is wonderful, I would not stay here again.

We took a girls trip for the first time to Sedona and booked this house. The Neighborhood, the spaciousness, and pool space was perfect. As you can tell from the pictures the furnishings are dated but clean. The only complaint we had was there was only one full bathroom downstairs. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this home for a large group especially for the price.

The house was perfect for our 2 nights in uptown Sedona. The best part by far was the outdoor area... you just can't beat the views!! There was an odd smell in the backyard but it was away from the pool area. The pool was too cold to swim but the hot tub was nice. There are signs by every door leading outside to be quiet after 10p because of the neighbors. This was not a problem for our group but keep this in mind if you are part of a loud feisty group! We loved sipping our beverages out around the pool and enjoying the rock views. The location is crazy close to the shops and restaurants making it seem like walking would be an option...and it is...if you don't mind a significant walk uphill to get back to the house...we never chose this option...LOL. Overall the house had everything we needed for our stay...most of all it provided the best location for quality conversations with our friends coupled with amazing views.

You can't beat the view from the living room and pool in this house. Large home so everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool isn't heated so we were unable to use it as it was just too cold. We did enjoy the hot tub however the pump doesn't turn off until the water level drops. The hot tub has a leak so you must fill and leave the hose on low to keep it filled. I imagine the owners worry about the water leakage under their home. It is such a nice place to enjoy family time and you can walk to Uptown Sedona. Plenty of kitchen appliances to choose from (toaster, blenders, and such). BBQ has low flame and we were unable to cook. We tried changing tanks but the flame only comes up to low.

Great location. Great views. Wonderful space. Somewhat tired, needs update. Would definitely rent again.

This place is amazing. We absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Great location within walking distance to everything. We were sad to leave.... Can't wait to come back!

This house is great for a large group. The view is amazing! We used the grill for cooking. Has a large variety of kitchen appliances like an insta pot, coffee makers and a keurig. The house is outdated. If you can look past that, it was great!

Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay. The house has lots of space to gather and be together while Aldo having lots of room to spread out and have a quite moment. Super clean, comfortable and the views.. plus walking distance to the main town activity. Good instructions and communication made all the details easy. We flat out had a wonderful stay and thought the house was wonderful. It’s an mid century home and although it’s clear the house and very nice grounds are well cared for, there a couple of minor points being wicked on, which led to minor work-arounds - for example refilling the hot tub due to a slow leak. No big deal and not even an inconvenience. Just had to say something do folks know I was exaggerating the rest. Thanks for a great stay.

Very spacious home for our family vacation. We cane in the beginning of March so it was too cold to use the pool but the entire family loved the use of the jacuzzi. The views from the property are incredible. In walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants, Pink Jeep Tours etc. The host was very nice as well. Highly recommend!!!
