Le personnel est adorable. Nous avons juste passé une nuit qui n'était pas prévue dans notre itinéraire et nous n'avons pas eu de regrets. Nous faisons usage du room service et il n'y a aucun souci, une fois de plus. La chambre était d'un calme absolu et d'une propreté irréprochable.

Manque juste un parking, mais il y a un grand parking a ciel ouvert a deux minutes à pieds au prix de 20€ la nuit il me semble.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het kasteel van Fontainebleau. De inrichting van het hotel is mooi en smaakvol. Het beste aan dit hotel is het uitstekend restaurant. Wij hebben er zeer lekker gegeten tegen een redelijke prijs. Een aanrader!

Je kan niet parkeren bij het hotel, wel op een openbare parking achter de hoek (21 euro/24 uur). De kamers zijn mooi maar erg klein. Er was slechts een smalle ruimte tussen de muren en het bed om in of uit het bed te komen. Er staat geen stoel of zetel op de kamer, alleen een smalle bank.

This hotel is adjacent to the gardens of Château de Fontainebleau. Very elegant and decorated with excellent taste, it breathes a feeling of comfortable luxury. Reception staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and just super-nice to deal with. Wonderful conversations! Our room was a bit too small but otherwise had all the amenities you can expect from a 4-star hotel. Most importantly (to me anyway): the shower worked perfectly. The hotel had sent us an email a coupe of days prior to our arrival saying that the air conditioning was broken. We accepted anyway but yes, it was too hot.

Do not expect anything else than typical French breakfast. You'll have to order (instead of grabbing it from the buffet) your coffee, orange juice or glass of water. For free, but still... But what really made the experience less pleasurable was to see that the wireless network, that people have been complaining about for months (or years?) still does not work. The same was true, it seems, for the air conditioning, before it finally broke down completely when outside temperatures reached 32°C.

Staff was very kind and we have received an upgrade.. very much appreciated, because the initial room was very small.

The stay and! diner was too expensive for what is was. It is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was sober, no muesli or cheese, simpel. We payed 36 euro for a risotto which is overpriced. the structure of the risotto did not taste like real Safran risotto. Again the staff was very nice but the quality of the food did not match the price.
