This property was perfect for a weekend with our three families of two adults/two kids each. The house was well equipped with everything you could need, and was well located with the local shops and beach just a short walk away. We would definitely consider this property again if staying in the area :-)

Oceanside exceeded our expectations as it was extremely spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for a holiday rental.
Our group really liked the fact that there were enough bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces to accommodate our group of adults and children.
The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the shops.
The host was very helpful and communicative.
We highly recommend Oceanside and can't wait to stay again!

We had 3 families of four stay here and Oceanside had plenty of space for all of us.
The kids sleeping in the room with bunk beds did find the traffic a bit noisy at night, but they were always able to find something to do during the day and were never bored.
Our stay was during winter so the fireplace was perfect to keep us toasty warm.
And the location was so convenient, being within walking distance for walks along the beach and to cafes.
Lauren also responded promptly to queries.
We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect property for our family gathering. Location to the beach and shopping/restaurants was all in walking distance to the property. Nothing was lacking in the house whatsoever. Lauren was very happy to communicate with us and made us feel very welcome in her home.

Well appointed, attractive and comfortable place to stay for a large group. Everything you need with a particularly well-supplied kitchen. Only complaint is that the ad was not clear that linen/towels are NOT suppplied.

To give it a short summary, whether you’re with a large group of friends or family, this place has it all. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, Coles is right up the road and the house itself is spacious and homey enough to play in the backyard, sit and watch a movie or go outside on balcony to watch the sunset. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend to anyone!

Situated within walking distance between the main shopping street and a few blocks from the beach, Oceanside is the perfect house for a summer holiday. Everything was easy and as advertised, this was our second trip here over the past few years and would recommend for anyone looking for a holiday house to spend some time with the family

We took our family of 8 adults and 5 grandkids away for the weekend and this house had everything we could possibly have wanted-with the possible exception of sheets and towels.
The games, toys, play room and outdoor spaces provided entertainment for everyone and proximity to the beach allowed for regular and easy visits.
The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for such a large group and we certainly appreciated the dishwasher.
We loved this place and would highly recommend it for larger groups who like their own bathrooms and plenty of spaces for entertaining.

The house was fantastic. It catered for all the family with five bedrooms - two queen bedrooms away from the rest of the family so they could relax. Two bathrooms were well situated plus 2 on-suites. Just great for 6 adults and 4 children getting ready for a wedding.
The house was well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, books, loved the garage with all the entertainment and not to forget the bikes, two functioning barbecues, dishwasher.
Beds were comfortable.
Garden and the layout outside was safe and secure. Enough room to accommodate 2 cars safely at night.
Location of the property is only a block from the beach and two to the Main Street. Only downfall is that Orton Road can be noisy at times.
Had a great time with fond memories of the house.

We had a winter beach weekend away at Oceanside to celebrate two family birthdays.
The house slept us all comfortably - 8 adults, four children from 18 months to 10 years old - and had plenty to keep us entertained! The table tennis table was a hit.
Unfortunately the weather meant we didn't spend much time in the outdoor areas but there was lots of space to relax inside so it didn't feel cramped at any time.
The host kindly left a bottle of wine and some pasta, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
It's an easy walk to the surf beach and to the shops. Would love to come back in summer.

We stayed here with a group of adults and their children aged 6 and under. We had wonderful stay! The host is very friendly and responsive to our questions. The house is spacious, has plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and multiple living areas suitable for group stays. We liked how we could see the kids playing outside from all windows. Lots of activities in the play room and indoors. Highly recommend for medium to large groups. So close to beach and shops. Nice to go out for a morning beach walk without driving. Host left a bottle of red which was generous. Already planning our next stay. Highly recommend.
