We loved the hotel's modern and minimalist design. It's a small hotel, but it's clean, bright, friendly, and really nice. I especially like the clean swimming pool.

Front desk staff and hotel manager were quite rude. On my first day, I had gone down to the reception to inform them of ant infestation in room, to which they just said it was my fault for leaving food in the room, even I didn’t have any because I also don’t like the smell of food in room. I also had left my room key in my room and had to wait for about an hour for the manager to return from outside to let me back in. Apparently neither housekeeping nor front desk has the room key. So that was inconvenience #2. When I finally got the Japanese/Korean manager to check out all the ants crawling in my room, from the far side at the windows to the opposite side at the room entrance, he just said it’s my fault! He started pointing fingers and throwing insults at me until I whipped out my phone camera and started recording myself, but with his voice yelling at me of course, that the other staff dragged him away. He told me I could book at another place and gladly I would if my booking was refundable. But it was a non refundable one. I wrote to booking.com but they said they already reached out to the hotel and the hotel said it’s fine, so no refund after all. A few nights later, I asked the front desk staff to come to my room to solve the ant problem. He checked all my bins, the fridge, there’s no food but we had no idea where the colony of ants came from. Finally he took a bug spray and sprayed all over the walls on the TV side and window side, which left the walls oily and with a very pungent smell. I was at the hotel for 2 weeks and know that it was not even half occupied, no idea why no dog had ever asked to switch me to a room they think are cleaner. As with the rest of the island, power outs during heavy rain is pretty common so there were times where the AC and lights didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work that often. They have several routers on different floors but the front desk staff seemed to only care if theirs work.

Locations is fine, 8min walk to restaurants in Coron town, but on a quiet street. Breakfast was okay - (choose pancakes and mango) :) The restaurant for breakfast was great though, and staff up there were nice

The place was run down, very dirty with ants everywhere. The pool only has a couple of hours sunlight. The service was not the best, and definitely not value for money. It was way too pricey for what it was.

Walking distance from town which was great and far enough away that the rooms are quiet. The pool was lovely to relax by. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff were very attentive.

The room had a really bad smell, very noticeable when we first came in to the room. The room was not very clean when we first arrived, there was hair and crumbs with ants on the floor. The linen on the bed was very thin and ripped.

the groundfloor rooms are noisy, too near the pool. on the first night it was almost midnight and people were still hanging by the pool and listemimg to music, the pool guy was cleaning it and all the lights were on! a caos that ended with me calling the manager! Also our bed was dirty behind the mattress!

the bed is memory foam-ish. i cant even feel my partner moving or maybe i was too tired. breakfast is the best I had ever had. tried everything in the menu. no doubt about it

the room near the pool have less privacy cause the curtains doesn’t cover everything. the toilet is like walking in a different dimension because it doesn’t blend in with the theme of the resort. The aircon is really loud cause its old but it’s better to turn it on than hearing the church bells ringing at 6am.

Safely high 3m white fence. Within those walls I felt perfectly safe. Outdoor pool over 20m long. The color of the floor tiles of the outdoor pool was white. The water quality in the outdoor pool was very good. Breakfast is the best. The staff at the hotel always helped me with a smile. 5 minutes walk to the center of Coron town. everything was perfect

Everything! the staff were so friendly, the bed was so comfortable, the location and pool were amazing and the food was really nice too. They also set up a really lovely anniversary celebration for my partner and I.

We were 2 days late because the ferry to Coron was cancelled due to bad weather and I asked if we could forward our booking and they were more than happy to accommodate our request.
