I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had during my recent stay at one of your listed apartments. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the expected standards of hygiene and cleanliness, which resulted in a very unpleasant stay for me. The main issue was with the beds provided in the apartment, which had a strong odor of smelly bedding. Additionally, I discovered that there were bedbugs present in the bedding, and I was bitten multiple times during my stay. This has caused me significant discomfort and distress, and I had to spend additional money on medical treatment for the bites.

the beds and sofas should be replaced. Also, the pillows and duwets were really old.

The photos don't do justice for this wonderful little place. The rooms are spacious and warm. The bedding was clean, we were provided towels. Beds were comfortable as well. You can also reach the city center in 25 mins and supermarkets in 10 minutes.

Sound isolation is not the best.

It's good value for the price. The owner was very helpful and nice. The location is quite good. The owner was so nice as to allow me to leave my car in his yard for a while after I checked out, so I could walk to the city center. It took me 30 min by foot.

The (wooden) walls and ceiling are very thin. I stayed in a room on the first floor, right next to the kitchen, and I could hear every step the guests above me were taking and everything that was happening in the kitchen (sounds that even woke me up in the middle of the night)..Of course this is not the owner's fault, rather than the other guests', but I'm mentioning it, as I think it's relevant and it's a possibility. The furniture and everything are quite worn out, but it makes sense at this price.

The location near the historical center in a traditional wooden house is itself awesome. We had interesting conversation with the host who actually speaks not only English and Polish but Russian, too. The location of the place is very quiet and away from traffic, we slept extremely well. The garden is superb!

Nothing! Vilnius is not a very large city but unfortunately overcrowded with cars. Also the city has become much more expensive after they joined the Euro zone.

Normal little room in garden house with private bathroom. Price was little high, but for one night ok. No soundproof at all ( , location fine, close to city center.

Owner was not very fluent in English, but made up for it in friendliness. Room was very basic, but had everything that we required.
