Noisy with microwave and toaster outside our room that everyone was able to use, which people were using after midnight. There was a can under our bed so hadn't been cleaned properly

Great local spot, traditional pub style. Good food and great customer service. The rooms are older but the bathrooms are recently renovated and very nice.

No facilities for refilling our water bottles, only available when the bar is open later in the day.

Worst place I've ever stayed. If you value sleep, this isn't the place for you. Loud music until at least midnight from the pub 4 nights in a row. If earplugs and noise cancelling headphones don't help, your music is too loud. No respect for the guests staying in their rooms. On top of that, the beds aren't great, the wifi never worked, the rooms are outdated and weren't clean and the food at the restaurant was average.

Leggie the manager is a great example of excellent hosting at a country pub. The evening food was great. Yes, the accommodation is tired, but clean and fully functioning and all we needed on our A2O cycle adventure.

Complete complimentary for the guests like hot drinks/tea sets, toiletries and heaps of towels and more extra pillows and fleece blankets. Plus, bath tub.
