absolutely wonderful place. the owner, sabrina, is the nicest person on the planet. she goes above and beyond. cleans the rooms daily. comfy beds, the rooms all have decks, secure and safe place to stay. the location is great because you can walk to so many beaches, restaurants, stores, and the town center. nice shower/bathroom in the room. strong wifi. mini fridge and kettle. the owner communicated with us via whatsapp, and she was able to help us out with reccomendations for restaurants and places to visit. she was able to answer all of our questions, and helped us out a lot with ease! she even arranged a taxi for us when we left. overall this was my favourite place i stayed, and i will be coming back in the future and would recommend it to anyone!!

Very nice apartment near the port of Numana. Perfect starting point for a tour into Parco del Conero. The room was really well equipped (free coffee!) and had a great balcony and very clean bathroom. Great and easy communication with the host.

It was a little bit noisy in the morning, while the cleaning of another room in the same building.
