The villa provided everything as advertised and was as wonderful as we had hoped. A short walk from a strip of shops, as well as walking distance to the marina with all the restaurants, bars, shops and activities available there. The villa itself was a massive hit for all, especially with our own pool and hot tub available for use, and everything else we could need. The bedrooms were all perfect, clean and comfortable. A very happy stay!

Why would I dare to give less than 5 stars to this villa? It's hard to fault it and one should have really high demands to need more than this villa offers. I stayed with my family and we had a lot of fun. Thanks to the owner and the property manager for the warm welcome and care. We felt like at home. Everything worked as it should and the property looked better than on the photos.Location is next to everything we needed on vacation, yet it is private, quiet and safe. I wish we could stay more.

I stayed in amazing Villa Marina Benalmadena with the group of friends. The location is simply perfect, short walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and entertainment. The Villa had all the amenities as described. We loved the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers, which were also on the rooftop terrace. There interior is cozy and relaxing, looks like it was recently updated. Furniture and beds were comfortable. All bathrooms were clean. There's a Nespresso machine, big american fridge with the ice and cool water dispenser. We received a warm welcome from Zoriana and lots of useful tips about what to do and where to eat from Alex. They were always in touch on WA and responded immediately to our questions. This was a great experience. We are going to be back, for sure. Thanks

Couldnt fault the property .Communication throughout from Alex and Zoriana and professionalism of checkin/out excellent. The pool is a really good size for this type of town villa and suitable size for children and adults.Not baby/toddler proof but our children 5yrs plus spent hours playing safely whilst adults could watch whilst relaxing. The girls ,loved the hot tub. It was extremely hot during our stay and air con throughout all the rooms was a godsend. We tried most of Alex recommended places to visit/shops/restaurant and none disappointed. Can also recommend the pepe lopez tavern Flamenco show 10 mins away in Torremolinos for adults and older children. We took a private boat trip which allowed us to appreciate the beautiful coastline and mountains. Well worth it if there are several sharing.

Needs a little upgrading, more expensive than the villa we usually stay in in Benalmadena which has similar facilities and is nearer the beach. Barking dog lives next door which kept people awake.

Great location for shops restaurants marina and beach. Kids had a great time in heated pool. Pool and table tennis kept everyone happy. We raised a number of small issues with agent such as broken pool table, pool needing extra cleaning and blocked drains in villa. However the agents assured us that everything would soon be fixed and the villa would soon be given an upgrade.

Lovely property which fulfilled all our needs. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants and 5 minute walk to the beautiful harbour area. Excellent check in and check out process. Property admin and manager very obliging , nothing too much trouble. Book with confidence 10/10.

Although this property accommodated everyone from kids to grandparents there were a few issues for us. Firstly prior to arriving at the property we were advised that a deposit was required on arrival and at the end of our stay the cost of electricity used would be deducted from it and we would receive the remainder back. Having stayed in many villas before, this is the first time we have ever been asked to pay for the electric it has always been included in the up front cost. The villa itself was very tired and old fashioned, the outdoor jacuzzi didn’t work properly and the ground floor twin bedroom had a very strong smell of dampness. Also there was a broken pain of glass in the kitchen door which was known about but hadn’t been fixed which was pretty poor considering there were kids with us, the coffee machine wasn’t working and inside the freezer was damaged. Although centrally located, unfortunately it’s only about 50m away from a nightclub which goes on until all hours in the morning with cars, taxi and bikes constantly going up and down the street. When the nightclub wasn’t open it was very quiet. The pool was amazing and was used every day, the pool table was good also but placed in a very awkward position, which was the theme throughout, even plant pots made it tricky to access the loungers etc. Overall the villa is good but tons of room for improvements. The host was very responsive, the cleaner helpful but working by herself to clean the entire villa.

Just got back from Villa Marina. Had a lovely time. Repeating what has been said on other reviews I can confirm the Villa had everything for a perfect stay, very clean and comfortable. Great pool and pool table ! Excellent location , within walking distance of restaurants , bars and supermarkets. Excellent communication with the host from the minute we booked, thank you Alex. I can highly recommend , we will definitely be back

We have just returned from 7 days here, It was a family holiday. Myself, my wife our grown up children and partners and our x 2 Grandchildren. (6 x Adults, 2 x Children age 9 & 4 years). very private villa, we all loved the swiming pool, and relaxing around in the grounds. The lime tree was perfect for a nice slice with afternoon G & T's. good security, CCTV, Alarm system and big safe. Plenty of supermarkets close by, Lidl is a little bit further still walkable and really cheap. Location was great for evening walks to marina for evening meals. Taxi rank 250 mtrs away. We got a Taxi to torremolinos central, 7.5 Euros. The owners communication was first class, a whatsapp group chat for our holiday was set up prior to our arrival, lots of usefull info shared, also any questions we had were answered very effiecently. We arrived early and we where allowed to drop of our cases, before wondering the area and having a light lunch. All in all, we could not fault this place at all. Really enjoyed our week at the villa. All amenities provided. Loved the coffee machine and the ice maker! The pool was great. Very relaxing and peaceful. Just a short walk to the marina with lots of restaurants. Really helpful when we had questions and loads of information provided.

We are a family of nine, we holiday every year with our sons & family, six adults & three children, they absolutely loved it, easy to walk to shops beach ect, our grandsons loved the heated pool & adults the hot tubs. We couldn’t fault the villa at all, communication was great. Cleanliness we where short of nothing

This villa felt like home from the very beginning. The owners, gave us tons of advice where to eat, to shop and what places we have to visit. Relaxing warm pool, nice jacuzzi, the garden and the villa where sparkling clean and well maintained. There was always an immediate reaction on WhatsApp if we had any questions. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach promenade are just a short walk away. We will be back!

Wow,amazing place to stay, everything was perfect, we will definitely be returning! The hosts were in contact from moment we booked+also had a group chat with the staff who were on hand to help with our stay. having an early check in was no problem, we were greeted at the villa by the housekeeper who welcomed us+showed us around property+also the outside+showed us how everything worked The property is large,we had plenty of room for 5 of us. located in a nice quiet area of Benalmadena,we did not have to get a taxi anywhere locally as everything we needed was 5 minute walk. In a 5 min walk we had access to shops, supermarkets including lidl, pharmacy,bars, restaurants, cafe, a lovely sandy beach with more shops/bars/resturaunts as you walk along, the sea life centre, crazy golf course, the marina with lovely walk by the boats, prison island ,dolphin boat tour,pirate boat tour. This saved us so much money as previously we stayed in Benalmadena+had to get taxi everywhere spending between 20- 40 euros a day. The heated pool was great! We used it every day,was lovely+warm,with the added bonus of a jacuzzi outside which was even warmer! The security is very high standard, CCTV around the property. The gate leading to the property from the street keeps it private. There is a buzzer outside so if it rings you can use the device inside by the front door+by pressing a button you can see outside who is there. Also gives you the option to talk to the person outside. The front door is thick solid wooden door. There is an alarm system so you can set the alarm when going out+turn off when go back inside. If alarm goes off the alarm company immediately notify the property owner who then contacted us to see if everything is ok. The windows have blinds that go up and down outside for night time. The property is very spacious+we had plenty of seating in living areas. 3 big sofas. 2 in front room where we had a large TV with netflix, amazon prime+other tv stations. On the other side another sofa with another large tv+a PS4 with games. Good sized kitchen with a large American fridge freezer.with an ice+water machine on. The oven was great, big long oven so plenty of room to get food in for our big family. Plenty of cupboard space+the dishwasher was great.Plus microwave and coffee machine. Beds so comfy! Showers were lovely with 4 settings inc jets for back. Disco light outside shining over pool. Hosts were so helpful,answered all Q,suggested places to visit.
