Very nice, cute typical German Gasthaus with amazing kitchen and restaurant. Food is absolutely fantastic, Handke family makes everything impeccable! Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room, good breakfast, very close to the Swiss border which was convenient for us as we were holidaying in Switzerland.

Hardly any amenities provided in the room eg kettle, fridge etc. Food options around the hotel were limited as the town is pretty small

The food was delicious! The hosts were so kind and helpful. It was a great stop on my way to Luzern.

THE FOOD!!

The bedroom was really cosy and is really beautiful with all the paintings on the furniture. We even get some chocolates for easter :) it was a really good surprise on sunday morning. The staff was absolutely amazing, as we barely speak german so they were trying every time to speak in english. We went to the restaurant and the food was delicious. Thank you again to all the staff who made everything possible to speak in english.

Hotel staff was very accommodating with my transfer from local transit stop to the hotel when I was confused about the local bus system. Good German restaurant in the inn with very friendly staff, even had some vegetarian options. Full breakfast for guests, including option to take a sandwich with you for a small fee, ideal for those planning to go hiking or do any other outdoor activity. The room itself was spacious enough with a very nice bathroom. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Sightly loud guests were audible from my room, but I was easily able to amend this with earplugs.
