We enjoyed staying in this home as it was very well kept. Common area is spacious to hang out with 6 people. Location is ideal to visit all sight seeing locations. The best part is the stunning mountain view from the house.

The condo has a wonderful view of Mount Washington. The neighborhood is convenient and comfortable. Only suggestion for owner: check behind cleaning crew (we needed to clean bathrooms more thoroughly before use). Also, we were charged a fee to use the community pool, but the pool is closed and covered for the summer.

The property was as described. There was plenty of room for the three adults and three children. The unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. There were plenty of restaurants close by and Storyland was just around the corner. Check in and check out was very easy. Would stay again!

Breathtaking view of Mt Washington. Spacious, comfy. Outside snow/ roads promptly taken care of during snowstorm. Loved the gas stove.

Great location. Peaceful. Nicely decorated with plenty of space. Everything was straight forward so contacr with host was not needed. We plan on returning.

Condo was very nice and and the view was beautiful at sunset. It was in a great location for what we wanted to do. Wish the pool had been open as it was quite hot during our stay and it would have been nice to cool off. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider renting again.

This property is about a 3-5 minute drive to Story Land and a 50 minute drive to Santas Village. It's also about 5 minutes to Jackson Falls which is awesome for kids because there's lots of clean water that isn't very deep and kids can explore nature. We also saw two deer on three occasions down the hill. My wife spent hours staring at the mountains. Hosts were very easy to work with and the place was clean. A few drawbacks we're that the listing showed two pools but they were actually closed since last year, the lack of ac (thankfully we had cool days), and if you've got a sensitive respatory system, it is musty. It is very much a ski condo so if you're expecting the Ritz, this is not it, but if you're a family that just needs a place to crash when you're all exhausted, this is a great spot and value.

Great location for hiking Mt Washington and some nearby peaks. Very comfortable and clean place. I would recommend it to anyone and I'd definitely go again.

We had a great stay at Marlene's property! The condo was conveniently located to local hiking areas we were visiting and was a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace and the views of Mt. Washington from the front windows.

Condo was conveniently located to Storyland, Santa’s Village (One hour). The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked on items you forgot! Owner was friendly and called us right back when we couldn’t open the lockbox, however, we did get it opened 5 minutes after we called. Look forward to staying at this condo again!

This property was located right next to Storyland. We loved that they had an indoor and outdoor pool on the property. The condo was a great layout. It was a little dusty and smelled a little stale on arrival. Some cobwebs etc could be cleaned up. The beds are not the most comfortable we have slept in but we slept well enough. Great views from the patio and a lovely neighborhood!

We enjoyed our visit and the property met more then our expectations. A great spot for kids especially being so close to Story Land plus not too far a drive to Santa’s Village.

Definitely I will rent it again and also give the good references to others.

The condo is very nice with a beautiful view. It is centrally located for skiing. I would recommend it and would stay here if we get back to NH.

Loved this rental condo for our family weekend. It was the perfect hub for Spring skiing and hiking. We even found a nearby sugar shack with delicious local made maple syrup.

This condo was nothing short of an incredible weekend retreat. We initially had some difficulty finding the condo, but other than that everything was perfect! Marlene was a fabulous host and quickly answered any question we had. The views from the condo were unmatched. My friends and I would definitely book this place again.
