A nice experience over all

check in was slow. only three pools opened

Large resort, space to walk around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa and fitness centre good. Lobby bar limited. Restaurant food generally good

Location is limited in terms of nearby activities although there are some restaurants a short walk away in a neighbouring complex. Constant helicopter sight seeing and micro gliders disturb the tranquility around the pool areas. Some of the pool areas were closed

The service staff especially Alisa from Paul's Restaurant was amazing. She was very helpful and genuinely cared to provide professional international service. The room size was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable.

There were only three restaurants to choose from not six. The drinks and meal prices were high. The lobby bar had a very high price list. The language barrier made it hard to book spa experiences or room service. There was no food and beverage service by the pool area. No USB ports in the room.

Two years ago I had nice staying in this hotel therefore I picked it again. Last time was room with 180 ocean view, this time is suite with 270 ocean view, or supposed to be.

They arranged a suite with a huge pillar, covered 90% ocean view. Called for help and waited about an hour. In the end brought us to a loft with normal ocean view but kids theme bedroom. The room smells 100% like sterilization. Breakfast was full of people. I came with expecting, left without any doubts.

The hotel and surrounding pools and gardens are excellent - what a beautiful walk to the beach
