First, Josh is incredibly responsive! I had more questions than usual, and he always responded quickly. Second, the condo/villa and balcony were perfect for us; it was exactly as listed. And, perfect for our four days. It is on the golf course, which was quiet. The only sound we ever heard was from a neighbor working outside on their balcony one morning. That was pretty much it! The unit is on the 2nd floor, so I thought we might hear noise, but we didn't, which was great. For anyone who hasn't visited, the unit/condo building is inside the St. Regis community, which made it easy to get around (especially in the golf cart!) and a great location. Rent the golf cart early, as they do book up!! With the cart, everything was accessible within 2 minutes. You could walk or bike, and it's just 5-10 minutes. The golf cart worked best for us. Note: the unit/building is part of the Bahia Beach Club. This is also on the St. Regis property. So, the whole property and area has the hotel/resort and three different villa buildings/mini-communities that are each different. They are building houses now, too, closer to the resort. We thought the Beach Club was great, and their service is great. We spent more time there and liked it (the food, service, beach, pool, concierge) so much better than the few times we visited the hotel/resort (pool is much bigger at the hotel, though). Ultimately, if you want to relax, have fun, and just enjoy, this will work great for you.

Our family had the best time here! Perfect description of the property and Josh was great with all the communication! The location on the Bahia Resort that was close to all the amenities such as Beach Club(great food, pool, beach access), Boat House, and the gym. Amazing place and would recommend to anyone wanting to relax or have all the fun activities that you could imagine!

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing, the villa is adorable, super big, and spotless. the amenities at the resort, the private beach, everything was superb. Great brunch on Sundays, definitely stay here, you won’t regret it.

We loved our stay at Las Verandas 10287!!!The pictures and the listing is accurate but prettier in person. The apartment is well stocked. The villa is on a second floor and there’s an elevator near by. The villa is across from a land park for kids and close to a boathouse with an inflatable water park for kids and adults where you can rent kayaks and bikes etc. there’s a little bar there as well if you want to have a drink while the kids have at it. The closest beach is behind the golf clubhouse if you walk to the right it’s calmer and nicer for swim also less people. Sometimes we had the beach to ourselves. Recommend renting a golf cart to help you get around- property is around 500acres. We had a nature tour with Sebastian- great guide for kids, went to the dog shelter and farm and bikes accross the property. So great to have many options when the wanting to take a break from the sun.like having a cooler. Concierge Bahia is helpful however they are in Island time- best to show up to the office for time sensitive matters. Josh was an amazing host, responsive and accommodating. The villa was spacious for our small family and so comfortable how it’s stocked. We are looking forward to coming next year. The grounds are beautiful, with many options on site and the surroundings. Great sunset view in balcony with a view of golf course and lake . Had dinner in luquillo’s La parilla, Rio grande’s el Verde, paros and Richies, lunch in pool bar or apartment cooking.

Beautiful, well-equipped villa. Tennis, kayaks, water park, paddle boards, basketball, decent gym and beautiful grounds. Golf cart rental is a must; car rental is well advised because you may want to leave the resort for dining options.

This resort is amazing! The St. Regis has so much for kids and families to do and the grounds are beautiful. It was great to have a condo instead of staying in the hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked if you want to cook and the condo is big (plenty of towels, sheets etc). Rent a golf cart - it will really help you get around the property.

Loved the villa. Loved Josh's communication. The A/C broke on Day 1 and he addressed it beautifully. Was a little hard to find our way around the property but we figured it out. The villa concierge was very poor and did not book things that she had confirmed previously, so be careful there. Also know that there really isn't anything outside the resort for at least 15 minutes, and no grocery delivery, so it's a good idea to bring groceries if you want options outside the 3 restaurants at the hotel.
