This home was equipped with everything we needed to make our Christmas Holiday complete! Such a cozy, clean and relaxing stay - loved being so close to walk to the beach with coffee in the morning. It was perfect for 3 of us - beds were very comfy - the backyard was a great layout for our son's dog to visit, he knew exactly where the "potty" area was. Definite 5 stars on the kitchen - very well stocked with anything we could possibly need. So convenient to downtown OB - love shops, restaurant's and the vibe. The Wednesday farmers market was awesome - huge! Complete with bongos and fire dancers! I can't wait to come back in warmer weather - so we could truly enjoy the back yard and front deck - and try some surfing! Parking out back was very convenient! Catrina and Jason were perfect hosts - very responsive. This home is a definite repeat on our list.

On occasion I've found the property does not live up to the pictures. This property is BETTER than the pictures. Everything you need in this cozy cute little beach bungalow is at your fingertips. Steps from the beach, it is a quiet neighborhood with friendly folks living nearby and walking by the front of the house to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need and the washer and dryer made it so convenient. We will definitely stay here again. Comfortable furniture and a spacious deck out back - Loved it!

This was our second time staying at this place and we love it. The location is more than perfect. A short walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

This was an amazing property! The location was great and I loved taking my dog to the beach multiple times a day. The porch was great to enjoy a drink and people watch with a view of the ocean at sunset. The back patio was also great with a super convenient outdoor shower and a pet relief area inside the fence. The place was spotless and the area was quiet and relaxed. Would definitely rent again!

We loved the Angel Trumpet trees. The property had everything we needed for the week and then some.

This is my second time staying at this place and I will come back again. The location is perfect. It is nicely updated with everything you need. Bring a makeup mirror if you have multiple girls staying there as there is only a mirror in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker.

Thank you for the wonderful home we stayed. The location was great easy to walk around and see OB. The zoo and Seaworld and even the airport are just a short ride away. We loved our stay and would love to come back and stay again. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you once again. The Grays

The property is cute, clean, close to the beach. We had two issues. 1. The internet didn't work, so no TV for us. Called the owner who did not offer to call the internet provider. 2. The smoke alarm kept going off for no reason.

It was really nice! Very comfortable and clean! Loved the beds! Some of our family members suffer from back problem; however, during our stay, there were no complaints about back pains or such.

Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to the pier. Very cozy place. Not the largest place, but definitely big enough for a weekend or week at the beach. Catrina and Jason were proactive and responsive in all communications.

This was the perfect vacation home for a small family. 3rd bedroom is the separate hang out room. Only downfall to our stay...

Such a perfect property! Close to bars, restaurants and shops on both sides, lots of outdoor spaces to hang, close to the beach (literally 2 minutes to walk to the beach), clean and comfy!

Second stay and it was as great as the first time!! Area is great for families. Great restaurants around. House has everything you might need. We played board games every night. Spent the day at the beach every day. Breakfast in the front patio and dinner in the back patio every day. My favorite thing is that there’s an outdoor shower where we can rinse all the beach sand off and not bring any into the house. Will be staying here every year!

Walking distance from the beach, great communication with owner and would definitely stay here again.

Catrina went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. My grandsons really liked having surfboards handy and made good use of them. I can’t wait to go back.

My family of 6 loved our stay in ocean beach. The home was beautiful, clean, and very accessible. The additional amenities, like boogie boards and surfboards, chairs and volleyball, were fantastic. The proximity to ocean beach was amazing, (basically five houses away) and the outdoor picnic tables were wonderful! We would definitely recommend this location.

This house was perfect for a getaway to Ocean Beach. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to many fun restaurants and breweries. We loved that there were beach chairs and toys for the kids and the house was clean and well appointed. Catrina was great at communicating and easy to work with. Great stay!

This home is exactly as advertised. Super clean and stocked with everything you need. Just a few houses from the beach. We stay in OB frequently and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was available which made our stay less stressful. Would definitely return!

Perfect for our family of 4. House had everything we needed. Very comfortable and homey. Cancellation of flights meant we only stayed 1 night instead of the 2 we had planned- hosts were flexible and accommodating regarding our change in plans. High recommend!
