Breakfast buffet was nice and restaurant area is spacious with city views. Room was very big and terrace room is very impressive, using the hot tub was great.

hot tub area is slippery and could be dangerous.

Nothing to like about this place

Very dirty hotel, bathroom was mouldy, rubbish and dust in the corriders of hotel and in the rooms. Awful breakfast with little choices AC was managed by staff, so it got really hot in our room and I called them because I thought there was something wrong with it and their response was "your room was very cold so we turned it off".

Big room, clean and friendly staff, limited choices if you are foreigner in the breakfast but you can find something to eat. The location is great as many shops and restaurants arounds.

The pillow is hard and uncomfortable, so I suggest they provide soft pillow. It is better to stay in higher floor as away from noise and damp smiling. It is difficult to understand the technology in the room as everything is written in Korean language.

I love the location of this hotel since its in the heart of everything! The breakfast was really good which they had western and korean foods. I would stay here again. Beds are comfortable too.

The lighting in the hotel is really poor especially in the hallways.

Everything was okay :) I didn't expect something extraordinary and special from a local hotel when I made a reservation. But this hotel is quite decent. From room management to customer service, all that they offered meet my criteria.
