The hosts Rick and Biddy were wonderful the whole experience of staying at Harelequin b and b was excellent

There was nothing that we didn't like everything was lovely

Breakfast was excellent but my wife told them she was alergic to citrus fruit/juice, the only juice provided was orange

The bedroom was not serviced/made up during our 2 night stay We had to remove our outdoor shoes on arrival We arranged check in at 1600 hrs (the earliest available) arrived at 15.50 hrs but the property was locked and unoccupied, the owner arrived at 16.15 after we telephoned his mobile number

Rick & Biddy were lovely hosts. So friendly and knowledgeable - couldn’t fault them. We checked in later than expected and it was no issue. They were so accommodating. The bed was so very comfortable, the smart tv was easy to use. WiFi and cab numbers were provided. Short distance from shops and high street. Full English breakfast provided alongside fresh fruit and yoghurts, tea and coffee etc. Coffee was lovely. Would definitely stay again if we ever head back to Ledbury!

Well located within walking distance of the town, yet very quiet with easy access to the surrounding area. It was spotlessly clean with an excellent facilities.

I found it a bit uncomfortable to be asked to take my shoes off as I stepped inside the house, because of the cream coloured carpets; my shoes were just those I had driven in. Apparently this is required of all guests.

Delicious and catered for my gluten free needs

The breakfast was really good the only downfall was there was only one table, you had no option other than to share it with the other guests.As it turned out these other people were very nice.We are not unsociable it’s just at breakfast time it’s nice not to have to make small talk if you don’t feel like.

We were shocked to find that the rooms are’nt serviced,we came back after a day out to find our bed unmade,dirty towels and dirty crockery.My husband took the used towels downstairs and asked the hostess why our room had’nt been serviced and she replied it was’nt their policy.She did give us clean towels reluctantly.We had been given two mugs of tea by her on the day we arrived and the empty mugs were still in our room 3 days later.

The location was good, the room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good.

Toiletries are in no way luxurious. Was provided with used bottles of Dove shower gel, and 2in1 shampoo and conditioner which does not equate to luxury. Also no hot water for a shower in the afternoon which was not great after coming back from a long walk.

Lovely home, welcoming. Room was super, very clean and nice decor. The bed was comfortable and having a fridge in the room was very useful. The breakfast choices were excellent. Full English cooked by our host Rick was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend to family and friends.

A comfortable and peaceful stay at the Harlequin B&B. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and very generous portions. Thoroughly appreciated the lift to the town centre. This is a place we would choose to return to and wished we could have stayed longer. Thankyou.
