Great hospitality from the stuff - everyone was very helpful. New and clean apartment (everything is fresh). Breakfast was very good with home made bread and marmalades, biscuits, cakes etc. Free parking space in front of the entrance. Beach umbrellas available to use for free.

Nice enough place. Good breakfast, smack down in the middle of Avola, so close to everything else.

Window was facing the street, and it's a busy street. Even at night there were cars/motors passing by, so if you thought to leave the window open during the night you should think again. Bit pricey, I've had better accommodations for this much money.

The most important for me was clear hotel not far from sea and I got it here. Good cleaning. Tasty breakfast. Nice people. You can take umbrella here if you don't want to rent it. very nice sand beach (As I've read later, from nearest cities all drive to this beach) is 12 minutes (by foot) away from the hotel. Calm refrigerator and conditioner! It's first placeI where I didn't turn then off during nights! About place and city - there are not a lot of entertainments if you are without car. But it's completely good for swimming, walking around, eating good food, having calm rest.

There are a lot of bikes driving on streets during night , and I had to close windows for night, but it's not a big problem as far as conditioner works calm and in climate control mode (turning on if needed).

I stayed here for one night and it was really worth it. Single Room well equipped with little fridge, free parking in the same street, amazing homemade breakfast and lovely staff! I felt really welcomed and I would definitely come back any time.

Gabriele and his family were such friendly hosts and the homemade breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi was excellent.

Home made breakfest. Clean,very comfortable room. You can park your car on the street,it was for free and there was a lot of space.

Nice and modern accommodation with excellent breakfast (even savory dishes were available for breakfast, which is not common in Italy). The rooms were clean and well equipped.

Avola itself is a strange town with a confusing network of streets, but it has a good location, because just a few kilometers away (south of Lido di Noto) are the most beautiful beaches we have visited in Sicily.

Antonella and Gabrielle were so nice and helpful. Antonella makes the best breakfast were everything was homemade, even the yoghurt, which was so delicious. They made good recommendations for trips and restaurants. They were even so helpful to serve the breakfast earlier because we had to go to the airport. Overall, nice place.

Gabrielle and his mom were the best hosts. Always helpful and cheerful. Everything was super clean and breakfasts were delicious. Magnificent home made jam and biscuits!! Totally recommend staying at their place!

Simple modern decoration. Spacious room and spacious shower. Nice breakfast. Mattress was of very good quality, although the bed was a bit squeaky. Kind stuff.
