Pay attention upon arrival and make note of all the damages. I would suggest taking photos of everything that is damaged. We were wrongfully accused of damage and charged for things we didn't do that were already there when we arrived. The house has a lot of wear and tear and damage. A large amount was taken from our deposit fee for a stain on the ottoman that was already there and for staining on sheets. The kitchen table and living room couches are stained and very warm looking as well as the paint around the house . Much of the furniture and house is beat up but clearly isn't getting replaced. Keep this in mind when you are booking as you might be blamed and charged for it!

The house was clean and ready for us. While the house has some fixing up to do (trim, caulking, etc) and isn’t “fancy,” it was functional and comfortable for the family.

This property is pristine and outfitted well. Great space for a large family to spread out adn relax. Large backyard for our dogs. Close to downtown Flag and to ski slopes. We had an excellent stay and look forward to renting again!

The house was perfect amount of space for our family of 5 and pet. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space to relax, eat and sleep. Easy access off 180, close to trails, NAU and downtown. We would stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood , close to but not in town. It sleeps 6 but it's not furnished for 6 people to function well....not enough seating, lighting, tables etc in the main space or the bedrooms. We were always moving objects from one room to another depending on what we needed at the time. It isnt "cozy". I was there for 2 months and it got old....and frustrating.

We needed a vacation rental on short notice after we decided not to rooftop camp in the rain/snow. The management company was very accommodating and very prompt with communication. The house was clean and had all needed items. It was also nice to have a fenced in yard.

We had a great time using this as a base for Snowbowl. The location is ideal for beating the morning traffic. The home was comfortable, with a spacious kitchen. All the rooms were well-appointed. Overall, it was a quality stay for us.

The house is well-cleaned, but everything needs an upgrade. The IKEA furniture is stained and tired. The bathrooms (and towels?) are from the original build. Expected more for the price.

My friends and I enjoyed a weekend getaway at this spacious house. It was great having a fenced-in backyard for my dog, watching movies with their Roku, and being only 10 minutes from Downtown. Only slight downfall, for me personally, was the firmness of the bed. Overall, great stay! We would definitely go back.

All 4 beds were comfortable as was the full size inflatable matress. Our family loved having a large living space and kitchen in the home.
