So relaxing and amazing staff

Special mention to the two amazing lady Sofia and Amelia who went out of their way to make all the arrangement for a small personal special event we had during our stay with them .They took every care to make our stay comfortable. Hotel facilities and amenities were good but not exceptional. The breakfast was amazingly delicious.The Prokopios beach is right across the road and they deliver food to your sunbed on request

Great location, right on the beach! Waking up to the sound of crashing waves was so nice. The white freshly painted hotel looked beautiful on arrival. The staff was very helpful and did their best to fix all the problems. Sophie went out of her way to help us feel comfortable. They offered us a free massage to make up for the disappointing hot tub, which we really appreciated. Thanks!

Breakfast wasn't great. We paid extra to have the private hot tub, but the hot tub didn't work, it remained cold throughout our 4-night stay. The water in the shower was switching from hot to cold. We stayed here towards the end of April which is essentially the start of the island's tourist season, so there was a lot of maintenance work going on in the hotel ( painting, drilling etc. ) which created a lot of noise. The restaurants around the hotel area were also mostly closed... I assume mid-May would be a better time to visit here. Room cleaning/servicing was not satisfactory - they left dirty plates and mugs and didn't replace the used tea bags until we requested.

the beach was across the street, the umbrella and loungers were free, the pool and spa were nice. the staff were extremely helpful. the breakfast was very good.the views and the beach were beautiful.

Beautiful property right on the beach with beach loungers. They also provide breakfast everyday and it’s a great view. There’s a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and Chora is not a far drive either. The staff was lovely and had great customer service. Great hotel at a great price. Would definitely return!

The rooms were nice, but I expected them to be a touch nicer. Just being picky though it was great especially for the price.

Super friendly staff available to help with any questions and recommendations for activities and where to eat. Lots of support with questions prioir to our arrival. Seaview restaurant on site too. Good buffet breakfast and lovely setting. Rooms with sea view are fabulous. The hotel has free sunloungers on the beach for guests to use and they provide beach towels. Easy to get the bus into Chora town for the ferry port and less than a 10 min drive to the airport.

Chose the transfer option from the port but our ferry was cancelled so flew in instead and was charged the same transfer price for a significantly shorter journey.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in two rooms, one regular double and one executive suite. Both were really comfortable, clean, and well laid out.

Everything! Great location, clean rooms, great food and drinks, assertive staff, knowledgeable and friendly concierge. Travelled with kids and the beach and location was perfect for them! Will definitely be visiting this hotel in the future. it’s the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in Greece!

Beautiful property at the end of a wonderful Beach in Naxos. Rooms were large, clean and airy. Very simple but comfortable. Nice terrace. All the staff was so kind and helpful. Would defiycome back.

Nothing to complain about

Excellent location, friendly and courteous staff. We enjoyed the pool area (clean pool, enjoyable surroundings). Excellent service at the beauty salon (thank you, Vassiliki!). Very good food and service at the restaurant. We absolutely loved the location and easy access to the beach (sunbeds included).

The internet connection was not consistently stable. It would have been nice if at least the bottle of water was replaced daily in the fridge. Also, the remote control for the TV was not fully functional.

Staff were excellent and accommodating, beach was lovely, drinks were spot on, bfast buffet was solid, had a glorious stay!

the property was literally 2 meters from the beach (the best beach on the island). The staff were helpful and friendly. there was a pool at the back if you didn’t want to swim in the ocean. It was a few meters away from all the restaurants you need. in a word, perfect.

I would recommend this very nice hotel right on the beach with pool, spa for its exceptional convenience. Will make you spend a very relaxing holiday
