The studio apartment is in the heart of the old city but tucked away from the street noise that can be loud late into the night with outside dining. If travelling to the Monash Prato Centre, the location is perfect. There is a lift to get luggage upstairs, a washing machine in the apartment and a dedicated dryer just outside the room. Only one key is provided but there is a coded entry at street level and each apartment has a lock box for the key if guests need to go in separate directions.

The apartment was not well set up for a 12 night stay and did not match the advertised photo with no couch provided leaving us to use the bed or dining chairs when at home. There is plenty of room, and a strange choice to provide a 6 seat dining table in a studio apartment designed for no more than 2 people. The crockery supplies were also very limited with only 2 of everything making the large table redundant. We were not provided with basic essentials such as a kitchen sink plug and dishwashing liquid - we had to use the large pasta pot as the sink within the sink and purchase dish liquid to clean up after meals. We were provided two very flat and well worn pillows and it took 3 days and many follow up reminders to get them replaced along with some additional towels to dry dishes. A mid-stay linen change was not provided for the 12 day booking, and despite multiple requests for clean linen and agreement, nothing was received. Were we expected to wash our own items, this should have been made clear and detergent provided.

The apartment was great everything needed they have. Location super great in the center of the city and has a loot of activity there

I liked the kitchen, dishes, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, tasteful and beautiful apartment, washing machine, bathroom.

on the first day, the apartment was cold, the floors were cold, we didn't have slippers with us. The hospitality could have been a hanger for outerwear and a shelf for outdoor shoes.

Spacious, light, modern studio with a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen! walking distance - 10-15 min to the train station (20min to Florence) and the Prato historical center.

Soft and creaky mattress, sleeping is not very comfortable. The bathroom has an uncomfortable sink, there is no shelf for cosmetics and even a place for soap and toothbrushes!
