Great location for West Wittering Beach

Sofa was rather uncomfortable. Unable to use heating on ground floor - it just didn't seem to work.

The situation was good. Access to a shop very good. It was well equipped and very clean. Nearness to the beach was good. It was ideally situated for all visits to leisure places and towns. A garage nearby and we got petrol. The area was very good.

Both settees were worn out on the seats. Door keys for both the back door and conservatory we're a nightmare to use. They took ages to work and sometimes we had to go in and out at the front to leave the house secure. The landing light wouldn't work all the time, on or off. The lounge was so dark as the front hedge was higher than the window, cutting out most of the light. The lamp could do with a brighter bulb and another bedside lamp in the main bedroom. Also a table with a lamp between the single beds in the second bedroom as you couldn't read in bed without getting out across the room to switch it off.

Had difficulty locating the cottage as walled garden cottages didn't com up on my satnav. The postcode given directed me to housing five mins away from the cottage. Asked 5 people for location and everyone drew a blank. Finally kind lady living 2 doors away told me that they used to be called walled garden cottages.

The property was a very good size, prefect location with a small walk to the beach, very clean, everything you need and a little shop next door which is perfect for any bits you may need

There was literally nothing we didn’t like

Nice little cottage, 15 minute, walk from the beach. Henry Adams were very supportive when we had an issue. Clearly well managed. Comfortable beds. Nice sunny conservatory. Right next door to a village store which is handy.

Only 2 small things. There might have been a hairdryer and sometimes parking was tricky because the property next door appeared to have more than one car. A space should be clearly reserved for no 2.
