Great property, very clean and well equipped for my needs! Hosts were attentive and thorough. I will definitely stay here again when visiting my son and his family.

Clean, quiet, and the animals are part of the good hospitality here. There is a lovely bunch of goats to visit and horses are right outside your breakfast nook window. So much better on all counts than a hotel suite!

Overall a great get away and vacation. House had everything and our dogs enjoyed running in the large yard. Dave, our host, was very very helpful and informative on beautiful places to go and visit, including places to eat. Dave definitely made it an enjoyable visit and we look forward to a return visit to see more site's and visit our new made friend.

Stayed for a few days while visiting family. The location was great, we loved looking out the window and seeing horses! Good communication from host, very clean space.

Awesome experience staying in a home on a working farm! From being able to see the horses out of the kitchen window to sitting on the front porch swing, our stay was great! Home is extremely clean and has everything you need to accommodate your stay. Owners were very responsive and left clear instructions. Home is located not far from other things that you may need, including grocery stores, gas, and restaurants. If you are looking for a unique place of the beaten path, look no further! I highly recommend!

This place is simple and quiet. Lots of privacy and a very functional, clean and relaxing environment. The hosts were very kind and easily available if needed but we were lucky and our stay was wonderful and worry free.

My two dogs, my boyfriend and I were in town for the weekend. It was such a lovely retreat. I biked the monument and returned for R&R at this beautiful home. Feeling grateful.

We live in the Denver area and deal with traffic all of the time. It was wonderful sitting outside of our little house and only hearing the wind through the trees and the animals on the property. Our pups totally enjoyed their visit as well! The kitchen was well stocked and our bed was very comfy. Would love to go back and stay again!

Place was VERY clean, everything worked except doors had trouble shutting, property owners were available and friendly if we needed them. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that my husband and I planned on taking day trips on motorcycle without the two dogs we brought, but owners left instructions for dogs to be kenneled if we left. Our dogs are used to staying outside on the yard during the daytime. Even though the yard was fully fenced/secure, that was not allowed and with owners needing to have access to the space for horses, I understood why dogs could interfere, but horse area was not pictured on Vrbo so I thought we’d have the yard for the dogs to use when we were gone as is their routine and not be an interference. In addition they had two dogs on their side of the fence that would bark the entire time our dogs were outside, so made them uncomfortable. So, We couldn’t leave them outside and leaving them kenneled inside with only one kennel available and two dogs that aren’t used to that didn’t seem a good option either, so made us uncomfortable to leave them for more than short periods of time, not kenneled. Our dogs are not destructive. I understand some might be, but this made our trip a little less enjoyable than we expected.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Quick getaway for us, it was very warm outside but comfortable inside. Cute place with everything we needed🙂

Dave was an incredible host!!! He have us lots of great ideas of things to check out, he spent a morning with me and my 10 year old twin girls and showing us around his farm. He showed us the geese, the goats, the horses, the sheep. We really lucked out and got to learn about the farm and we even got to milk the goat! The place was just perfect, very comfortable, had everything we could have needed and then some! Super dog friendly too! I would highly recommend his place for anybody - a couple, a person with kids or a girls trip! Thank you so much for the highlight of our vacation!

In short, this place was perfect for us. Exactly as described in listing. Everything you need is there. You can park right outside so hauling your stuff in is easy! Clean, updated, cute. Close to everything you need or want.

Tres Chivos farmhouse was great. We enjoyed our stay, and visited the resident goats, sheep and horses. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and looking at the relaxing view.

There were some hitches in our travels, but the property was easy to get to and as advertised. Some issues with WiFi and with a wasp nest in the livestock gate were quickly resolved by the property manager. It was very hot in Grand Junction while we were there (100+ highs) but the swamp cooler worked well enough during the day and nicely at night.

Above and beyond service and communication— we arrived.at odd hours due to wildfires along our route and the owner made sure the lights were on and other details to insure we had a smooth experience. This home is in an awesome location and very clean. Highly recommended by both myself and spouse.

Great home to stay at with pets. Large fenced in 1/2 acre yard. Horses and goats to pet when ever you want freindly owner. perfect for a couple or small family as there is a pull out couch in addtional family room. will stay here again.

Very clean and pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy visiting with our son and his family.

Stayed for 3 days while going to Country Jam. Loved the farm life with the sweet animals. Very peaceful place to go back to after festival. Last day we skipped the festival and just hang out on the farm. Highly recommend this place. Bed super comfortable.

My family and I went to Colorado to meet some family and this place was amazing. Not to mention being able to feed the goats! The kids thought that was so cool. There was a little mix up of check out time on my end but the owners were very kind about our mistake and even tried to look for another place for us to stay for the night. When we go back to Colorado we will definitely be booking here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great place! Very clean and cozy. Dave was really helpful when we lost our way to the property. Our two dogs made friends with the horses. They had never seen a horse before. They love going outside and they didn't want to leave. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was more than expected, it was comfortable, queit and relaxing. The property was very clean with all amenities. It was a great experience. Dave, the owner, introduced us to the goats and horses. A good value I would strongly recommend.
