My family of 16 enjoyed the property. We of course loved the swimming pool, the size of the home was great and having a place to put our boat was great too. We had fun with the kayaks and the pad for the water in the lake was great fun! Everyone had a great time and were comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was very well equipped although a bit tight to work in with two cooks. The water toys were a big hit with the grandkids along with the pool. The property was very clean. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars and boat. Easy access to the lake.

Group of 8 college buddies on annual (for many years) golf get together. Very comfortable and well maintained property. Dealing with property management was a breeze and very helpful. Highly recommend the property and management.

Almost perfect. We did have a problem heating up the hot tub. The house had 3 bathroom but not enough hot water or water pressure to use them at the same time. Both were minor problems. I would definitely return and recommend to others. We completely enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with some friends and our families. Great dock for the kids to jump in the lake and a good set up for sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend!

This property is exactly what we all needed. Our family consists of a group of Marines who served and deployed together and their spouses. We vacation every year together as a tradition. We loved the isolated location and not a lot of people around. We enjoyed time at the dock, in the water, playing at the pool, fishing, kayaking, and spending time around a camp fire. Every one of us enjoys time disconnecting from life and spending time laughing and reminiscing about our friendship. We had a BBQ marathon because they allowed us to bring our own trailer grill where we enjoyed endless Texas BBQ for three days. The space was big enough to accommodate our big group inside and outside. Everything was wonderful! We all had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful time. It's a great house and place to relax on the lake.

When we arrived at the home there were at least 8 huge dead roaches. The cable on the tv in den area was not working. The management company sent me a text Saturday stating to call or reply to message w any issues- I did respond to text saying cable wasn’t working- ( we were hoping to watch college football)- by Sunday I still had not heard from them, so I called in morning- was told someone would be by- by afternoon I had not heard from anyone so I called, and then someone did come out only to say the cable wire had been knocked on outside. The management company did not appear concerned. Backyard in this home was nice, kitchen is very small.

The property was very comfortable. There was an incident with the Air Conditioner leaking from the closet in the bathroom. We called for maintenance their response time was very quick same day and resolved the issue.. Plenty of Beach towels for the pool and amazing views form the upper boat dock. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and baking needs. Will be back

Location excellent. Pool and dock great. House is NOT 6 bedrooms—more like 4 BR with 2 sleeping porches adjoining two of the BR, which made accommodating 4 families with children aged 8 months to 12 difficult.

Enjoyed our stay and great access to lake and surrounding activities. Definitely would consider layout depending on age and comfort level as the bedroom situation just requires some navigation do to bed layout and privacy.

The house was equipped with everything we needed. My husband and I take our married children and their families ( our grandchildren) on a trip each summer. We had such a great time . The pool and the foosball table and shuffleboard was enjoyed by all. Beautiful view from porch and deck...so so nice.

We absolutely loved our stay. The check in process was easy and the house was perfect for our family. Already discussing when we can do it again.

This is a beautiful property, especially the boat house which has a wonderful view. The house needs some maintenance (holes in walls in two bathrooms from missing toilet paper holder and towel bar, shower door sticks, lily pad had holes in it and had been duct taped together). All in all these are minor things. My complaint with management is about the dining room light fixture falling from the ceiling and landing on the table as my daughter and I sat there. Luckily we had a metal cupcake holder in the center of the table and the light fixture landed on it, bracing the fall. Alan, who said he owns the management company, did come over and took the fixture down. He could see small shards of glass on the table. The next day, Sept. 1, we left. I texted Alan and told him the light fixture falling was very upsetting, as two of our 4 year old grandchildren had been at the table not long before this happened. I asked if we could get a discount on our stay. Alan texted back and said, "Would you like a credit towards this stay or a future stay?" I replied a credit towards this stay. He has not contacted me since. I texted him again on Sept. 14, and have still not heard from him.

Kelly was an amazing host and we had a wonderful weekend! The home was beautiful, was waterfront, and the layout was perfect for a larger group! Thank you for everything!

House is exactly what we expected! Very clean and spacious! The only thing that we feel needs to be added to the description are the stairs and sandy bottom entry to the lake. This is definitely an added bonus that isn't in the description!! Our group consisted of ages 16-67 and the stairs into the lake were used a lot during our stay!! Would highly recommend this home for large groups. Only downfall is that the kitchen is a little small, but we made do!

We love this property. We will definitely rent again as long as we can get both houses. We would not like sharing the pool with others...especially during Covid times. Needs to be stocked with a few more beach towels, but other than that, it was superb!!!

Perfect property for a great time at the lake

Loved the lake front, we also got to enjoy the water pad which was great. Didn’t mind sharing the pool with the neighbors either, we took turns which worked out perfect.
