There were 5 of us ladies that stayed in this wonderful home! We had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Literally we have NO complaints!! The owners gave great communication prior to our arrival. The pool was perfect!! I saw that someone said there was a lot of street noise but we didn’t notice anything! Perfect location to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Always had enough hot water for 5 of us ladies showering!! If you are deciding between this or another property, PICK THIS ONE!! Cannot thank the owners enough! We had lots of fun…lots of laughter and wonderful memories made for all of us!! THANK YOU for the amazing girls trip for my girls and I to spend some quality time together!!

Property remodeled and very clean, great kitchen well stocked, lots of linens and beach supplies. lovely screen porch, comfortable beds. Fun to have pool .Owner very responsive with any needs. Street noise. Location is in busy commercial part of town. I would rent again.

Overall clean and well stocked rental, but would love to see an outdoor dining area and the outdoor seating that was there to be replaced. Time, usage and weather has not been kind to the furniture. Although, there were some minor maintenance issues, which occurs when you get rental traffic, it was a cozy place and met our needs while staying in Dunedin.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dunedin! Honeymoon Island is gorgeous and lots of fun with lots of oppotunities to see dolphins. The house is comfortable and the kitchen supplies and utensils are the best that we have come across so far. They literally have everything you would need to cook. The pool is a good size and we got it heated and it was a good temperature. The beach chairs are very nice and its great to have everything you need for the beach there as well.

We actually live very close to the property and needed a place for two weeks while things were worked on at home. Being the holidays and having kids who believe in Santa made the timing really difficult. The place was nice and clean. The owners were very understanding of our situation. Everything provided for was nice and the detergents were of good quality! The best part… they had a small Christmas tree! This very small detail made a huge difference. When you are away from home and not for good reason at the holidays it’s tough to feel in the spirit. The sign of relief I felt that we could still have SOMETHING that was normal was amazing! The owners were quick with responses and we felt very safe in their home!

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved this property. Extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool. Peter and Lisa were great to work with. We can’t wait to come back again!

My father went into the hospital, Dunedin countryside hospital, which is just around the corner from the house. This is why we rented it for the week. It worked perfect for my family, and my brother and his wife to stay with plenty of room. Washer and dryer were convenient as well as the pool for my daughter to get some energy out because we were frequenting the hospital. Close to food, the causeway and Clearwater so it’s a good central location. Clean and cozy. Thanks!

This home was amazing and actually felt like home!! Great neighborhood, awesome location which is close to downtown Dunedin, close to the beaches and had awesome restaurants nearby! This home was extremely clean, had everything we needed and the host was very quick to respond. Would highly recommend staying here and we will certainly stay again next time we visit Florida!!

This house was perfect! The pool was great and the house was very clean. Peter and Lisa are so nice and communicate very well. My family really enjoyed staying here. It had everything you needed and close to downtown Dunedin and all the beaches on the Gulf. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Peter and Lisa!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter and Lisa Dunedin rental. We had absolutely no issues upon arrival. The home is picture perfect, what you see is what you get!! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great and quickly to respond. They suggested areas to tour and try during our stay. Our favorite place was Honeymoon Island State Park, this place was so relaxing and the teenage girls loved it just as much. We spent 2 days there, on the 2nd day we took floats the ocean water is very calm with minimal ways and was much like lake water, very relaxing! There is also a few Cafe within the park. Also don't forget your fishing pole, there are a few areas for fishing at the 3rd parking lot and chair/umbrella rentals. Honestly this has been our best experience by far. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. We our looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Peter and Lisa you we're great host.

Well kept / maintained property in a nice, quiet residential area. Near drug store, grocery store, Dunedin and beaches.

The house was very nice and clean in a residential area. Only a few minutes drive to downtown.

What a charming and surprisingly spacious home…relaxing while drinking our morning coffee on the screened in porch and getting a little sun by the pool were just a few of the highlights. Inside, there were so many thoughtful little extras!! The house is centrally located and close to EVERYTHING. The owners were awesome and we will definitely visit again.

We drove down from Boston to move our daughter into her first apartment and stayed at Peter and Lisa’s home for 3 nights. Their home has it all. It was the perfect location for traveling between the gulf and bay. The layout allowed for both privacy and family together time. Dunedin is a beautiful area with much to explore. We would love to return and spend more time!

Peter and Lisa were amazing hosts as their property has virtually everything one could ask for in a rental house. Close to beautiful beaches and wonderful parks, also any store is a five minute drive. We especially loved the pool and all the gear the house offered. Would recommend very highly and we will rebook for a future stay.

Beautiful home, tastefully decorated and very roomy. Comfortable beds and the provisions were much more than expected. The communication with the owners was excellent. We spent a month at the home and unfortunately the time went too fast.

Very nice property. Heated pool was nice. Lots of nice amenities. Owners were excellent. Responsive on a timely basis to our inquiries. Great to work with Lisa and Peter. We highly recommend this place for a stay in the Dunedin / Clearwater area.
