Falko and Christina went above and beyond to make this a perfect stay. We enjoyed the beautiful and clean pool, complete with floats waiting on us! The home is as advertised with everything you need. Don't hesitate to stay here!

From the moment we stepped into this home we felt we were in our own private home. Perfectly clean and had a wonderful welcome basket waiting. Included was all the information we needed for our stay. This house has everything! Comfortable beds too! The pool was perfectly heated to a warm but refreshing temperature. Garage had everything we need to enjoy the beach! Thank you for sharing your home! Btw, the soft music playing when we entered was a very nice touch!

Wir (2 Familien) hatten eine wunderschöne Auszeit in Naples und überlegen bereits jetzt im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen. Wir lieben den modernen Stil des Hauses, was alles bietet was man für eine wunderschöne, ruhige Auszeit braucht - auch mit Kindern ☺️(7, 5, 3 Jahre & 7 Monate). Die Kinder waren fast jeden Tag 2mal im Pool, wenn wir nicht gerade einen Strandtag eingelegt haben. Mit Kinderwagen ist man in 20min vorne am Strand und der Rest der Familie kann mit der StatePark Karte kostenlos bis fast an den Strand fahren - besser geht es nicht! Der Strand / Sand / Wasser hat eine super Qualität und ist gerade für Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht für einen Pooltag / Strandtag / Barbecue. Wir kennen viele moderne Ferienhäuser, aber Villa Simon steht jetzt ganz oben auf unserer Hitliste! We had such a wonderful time renting this gorgeous little house! We loved it there was three bathrooms and had our own private pool. This place truly had everything our family needed. The beach was a nice walk or just a short drive away. Very close to grocery stores and great shopping! Will definitely be renting from them again!

This is a great location. While it is a good walk to the beach, the owners provided a pass to the state park which is a wonderful gift to those staying in the home. The house was perfect for our family.

Wow. We can’t thank you enough for your beautiful home and stay this past week. You have really gone above and beyond to think of all possible needs (extra soap, cleaning supplies, beach toys, umbrella, wagon, beach towels, cooler, all kitchen utensils, TVs for us to log in and use to watch Christmas movies, the toy train and mat was such a hit for our 2.5 year old!) Your place was immaculately clean and felt like home for our Christmas stay. The fence around the pool allowed for us to enjoy using the patio without worrying about any of our 2 kids falling in as well. You were incredibly helpful even before our trip even started with answering questions too. The beds and comforters were so comfy and made for a great nights rest. The access to the garage with garage door opener and the front door code with automatic lock was convenient and helpful when coming in and out. The room with the pull out bed was so helpful and especially with each room having their own bathroom near by. The location was perfect and we enjoyed several walks to the beach. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality!!!!

Very Nice

Absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our family. A room right next to where we slept for our son, and a room on the other side of the house for my sister and her significant other. The hosts were so accommodating and made our stay so much easier. Thanks so much for everything!!

My family and I really enjoyed this lovely, well appointed home. It was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Fun pool rafts and beach chairs for the whole family. The house was immaculate and airy. It was a true pleasure staying here. 😊

Who wants to stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have a four bedroom/ 3 bath home, with a private pool just a mile from the beach? This is a great place. Honestly, we felt so at home that we were sad to leave. That’s how comfy and cozy this place is. The owners did a great job with the place. All the amenities of home.

The home was wonderful. It's been renovated recently or has been very well taken care of since the work was completed. It was immaculate and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the property. We will likely stay there again next year! Thank you Christina and Falko!

I cannot recommend this property enough if you are looking for a place to stay in this area. Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-9), and the house was perfect for our group. The house has a very nice layout for a group of this size. Additionally, it was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and very well stocked with amenities, appliances, etc. The pool is a nice size and was very clean as well, outdoor seating area with table was great for our group as well. The pool/patio area having the bug cover on it is very nice as we were not bothered by bugs/mosquitos at all; we had other friends staying the in the same area and they said they had mosquitos all over them when trying to swim. The house is also stocked with everything you need for a great beach day: beach chairs, toys, umbrella, wagon, etc. which was very convenient for us. Christina and Falko had great communication throughout the whole process before, during, and after our stay, and couldn't have been better. I highly recommend this property.

We were so excited to spend 7 nights at Villa Simon. After being home for over a year, we desperately needed a vacation. We traveled with 2 families made up of parents, a newborn, an infant and 2 4.5 year old boys. The house was perfect for us until it wasn’t. We received an email 2 hours before check in informing us that we could check in early (yay!) and that they were just told by the city of Naples that there is construction on their block. Just informed? It was a full blown construction site. We decided to not let it bother us. On the first day, it was over 90 degrees in Naples, the AC went out. After several hours of back and forth with the owner, they were able to send the husband of their property manager over to take a look. He ended up having to clean the line and the AC started to work again but was unable to be adjusted because we were not privy to the PIN number that the NEST was asking us for. Next day, we were home for nap time and the power went out. It was 2:15pm and a rainstorm had just started. We told the owner and they followed up with FPL who stated that the power would be back by 5:45 and that it was because of the construction on the block. The house was getting hot and we had babies with us, to say people were getting cranky is an understatement. 5:45 rolls around and the power still isn’t on. Owner couldn’t do anything but offered us use of a different house of his. While this was a nice offer, it was not an option for us as we had too much to move with our children. Additionally, the owner did not provide any information about the home and we didn’t know if it would be a fit for our families (if it had power, pool safety gate, etc). Ultimately, we decided to leave as we did not trust that the power would stay on during the impending tropical storm, Elsa. As we were packing, we realized that our clothing was locked in the washing machine, our car was in the garage and neither would open because of the power outage. Needless to say, several hours later the power came back on. Bottom line is, Villa Simon is a wonderful, clean, well equipped family friendly home but if some thing goes wrong you CANNOT not trust the owners to make it right.

Everything was fine the house was very clean the area is very nice. The only thing that we didn't like was the sofa bed we were 7 adults a bed in the fourth bedroom would of been much better.

Overall very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the pictures.

We had a great stay at this property in North Naples near Vanderbilt beach. Christina was an excellent host- kind, communicated quickly, and made the check in a breeze. She even had some hospitality items and welcome note with tons of tips for us. We couldn’t have been happier. The property was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The house was equipped with everything we could need— extra towels, beach and pool toys, beach chairs, all kitchen utensils and accessories for cooking. We are so glad we stayed at their property and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I love the extra touches that you included- the welcome basket, children’s room stocked with books and toys, and the decor was so cute throughout! Hosts got back with questions right away and were very friendly. Pool was sparkling and heated! Thank you for a nice stay! We would love to come back!!

The owners of this property were wonderful and very responsive. The cleanliness of the house upon arrival was immaculate...it was the first time we didn’t have to clean when we arrived like other properties. The location is perfect being close to the beach and close to Mercato and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming as well. We would recommend this place for anyone coming to Naples.
