Beautiful views, very enjoyable stay! Would stay here again.

First, there were several things that did not work, parts of the house had no electricity to it. The bath tube was clogged with hair, and we had to plunge it and pull the hair out..:.GROSSS! The toilet was messing up when you would flush it, we fixed that too. The vent was filthy, loos as though it had never been cleaned. Second, the owner responded for the most part until we sent a message asking for some type of compensation for all the trouble we went through the first night. It wasn’t a bad house but, management definitely needs to do a better job of keeping up with the house.

Our need: quality rental with kitchen + grab bars for ADA safety in shower & toilet. BINGO! This wonderful house was only a 20-minute drive away from family & had everything we wanted & more. We Texas flatlanders loved being perched on a ridge in this quiet pleasant neighborhood. First night, we saw the full moon through the 3 LR skylights. Master BR is roomy & comfy, with a Stearns & Foster bed set, 1 closet, plenty of drawer space, & USB plugs in bedside lamps. Every window is large for great views & has Duette shades. Kitchen has more than we needed (and we cooked quite a bit). Skylights in kitchen & master bath meant no need to turn on lights in daytime. Spacious laundry room holds supplies & w&d info, and it has a door for closing off. Good internet + a table set-up in MBR meant I could spend a day working remotely with no problem. Master is on one end; BR 2&3 on other. Sofa views show lake, ridge, & trees to the front & grass, trees, & hills to the back. Relaxing. House pictures give a good feel of what you’re renting, although updated pictures would be helpful. View of lake is better than indicated. One stove burner didn’t seem to work. Amenities list needs updating because it’s so good. I echo the details in other reviews back to 2019; the fishy smell is gone. There’s no house directly behind, just the fenced yard, a small street, & a steep ridge covered with trees & plants. Safety felt great. Our expectations of potential party noises nearby never materialized; being outside brought butterflies, a few cars, & deer snuffles. One morning, the hills nearby were invisible in fog & made a peaceful view. There are only a few ADA choices for vacation rentals in Texas, and this one is perfect for us.
