The staff were extremely helpful. Lorenzo deserves a special mention - nothing was too much trouble and he always has a ready smile!

Everything is extra! Breakfast, transfer to the lifts, sauna - €35 pp! If you are going to charge for breakfast that's fine, but there have to be good coffee making facilities in the apartment so that we can happily self cater - there wasn't even a kettle.

The property was very nice. The driver and general 'helper', Lorenzo was amazing and he really made a difference to the stay. He was extremely helpful and kind; good with the kids too.

The spa facilities were not included. I understood that spa 'treatments' would be extra (eg. if we booked a massage) but it turned out that we had to pay €35 per person any time we wanted to just sit in the sauna for 5 minutes. This is clearly not worth it so no one ended up using the the spa facilities at all. Very disappointing.

The staff at the 3 Chalets could not have been more friendly and helpful, especially Liudmila and Lorenzo. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel welcome and at home. The apartments were absolutely fabulous. We plan to go back 👍👍👍.

The apartment was very comfortable and the staff was amazing and so helpful. Lorenzo was an absolute gem, often going the extra mile to make sure we were ok.The shuttle service made it very convenient to access the village and ski lifts even though the apartment was a good 15min walk from the main village.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with cooking utensils like knives and an oven would have made it perfect.

Breakfast was awesome and gave enough you could also have lunch or dinner from it later. Lorenzo and his wife were fantastic hosts and could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The apartment was fantastic, modern and well equipped with everything you would need.

Not much to be honest. It is very difficult to fault the 3 Chalets as for me it is one of best places I have stayed on many ski holidays.

The apartment was immaculate and spacious. Huge amount of storage for ski kit or other. Gorgeous bathrooms, with large shower area. Balcony from each room Excellent ski & heated boot room Hosts were always helpful and on hand to help

We had a great and very pleasant stay at 3 Chalets Aparthotel. Lorenzo and Liudmila did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and drove us to the slopes every day. The first day we ordered the breakfast which was very fresh and good. The other days we made our own breakfast in the apartment. The last day we were out of yoghurt and bread but Lorenzo and the staff helped us with that as well.

Came here for a sleepover on our return from vacation. Had a lower price range room with kitchen. Main bed was very comfortable, bathroom was great; we didn’t have much of a view from the room but others must have a nice one. Also some hikes can be started from there. The centre is a 10 minute stroll away. Note that google currently maps the location further up the road, but it is in fact the big building at the end.

Sofa bed was not too comfortable.
