Great location to the CBD The house was good and spacious Room for everyone

The steep stairs and all the bathrooms being downstairs it would have been good to have at least a 1/2 bathroom upstairs for the convenience and not having to go downstairs every time which is quite a hike The stairs were a real concern being small and narrow, not good for elderly and the bigger frame people but loved the space The back room downstairs would had been good if it had a door on it off the hallway as that room was cold and had no heating

The Lounge, Kitchen, and Dining room was really spacious. Thr check in and check our procedures wre seamless..The beds were really comfortable and it was well equipped. It wasn't too far to drive anywhere. Close to the city centre and to Constitution Dock abd Wharf. The communication between the hosts was exceptional, and they even checked in via text to check that we had arrived safely and to let them know if we needed anything. Lots of suggestions about where to eat and places of interest.

The fourth bedroom wasn't really a bedroom & it only had a sofa bed in it. You also had to walk through it to get to the bathrooms. It would have been good if their was a powder room upstairs. There were a lot of rules and I supposed thst they have encountered everything. It I'd all in writing sk I guess you can't say you didn't know.

How big and spread out it was for 6 adults traveling as friends not couples. Clean and tidy. Location. Enough cutlery crockery for all guests including extras for dinner.

Bathroom with out laundry leaked water all over floor. Washing machine and dryer instructions need to have as the first instruction turn on to open doors. Doona covers were like paper and not that comfortable to sleep under very noisy when rolling over in bed.

Very convenient location for Hobart CBD. Easy check in process and house access for multiple people staying at the house coming and going at different times. Comfortable rooms. Ample space.

Note bathrooms on ground floor only (two of the bedrooms are upstairs).

Great location 15 min walk to Salamanca. Spacious rooms and very large living/kitchen area top floor. Bathrooms and toilets ground floor.. 3 beds but 1 bedroom downstairs. 2 bedrooms top floor near living area and kitchen.

No where to hang clothes in bedrooms.

Great location within easy walking distance of city attractions. Loved the size and openness of the kitchen, dining, lounge area. It was great for the family group. Bedrooms were generous.

Having a vacuum available would have been handy.

it fitted our group well, beds comfortable, lots of linen, everything we needed in the kitchen and lounge, heaters worked really well, close to lots of restaurants, easy walk into the supermarket and shops. can walk to the waterfront in 20 odd minutes. communication before arrival on how to get in was all very clear

needed some lamps upstairs as the fluros are very bright, would also be good to have some cushions on the couches. there were no tissues or wipes available

The location to the city was very good. Wifi was excellent. Heating was very efficient

This accommodation is not suitable for elderly people…stairs are quite dangerous. It was advertised as 4 bedrooms but there were only 3….4th sleeping area had no privacy (no door) and was a walk thru to bathrooms. There were no saucepans provided although an over abundance of frying pans, we were there 11 nights and as there was no oven cooking was a challenge… nothing provided in the way of cleaning products not even a dish cloth or scourer We felt this property is not routinely inspected by the managing agent as it did not have the welcoming feel of the other properties we stayed in in Tasmania

The main living area was excellent for a large group. Beds were comfortable, location was excellent and keyless entry was very handy. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.

One of the two showers was broken and the other shower appeared to have a leak. To be clear - Julie was very helpful in trying to fix the problem and it was not her fault that it was not possible to get anyone to fix it as it was Christmas. In the circumstances we did not have an issue with only having the one shower. A few suggestions - there was no oven, would suggest getting a portable oven to sit on the bench top. Also it would be helpful to have some hanging rails for clothes since there are no wardrobes. Lastly there are no mirrors anywhere except the bathrooms. It would be helpful if there were mirrors in the bedrooms.

Venetian blinds let morning light in early over summer. everything else was excellent
