Very spacious and clean. It was a little tricky trying to initially locate the property but Dexter and his employees were very helpful in calling us and directing us to where we needed to be. The water heater is a 10 gallon water heater so our family of four just planned our showers in increments but thoroughly enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and beautiful balcony. We also rented a jeep from Dexter and became very thankful for the opportunity as we heard it was difficult to get an Uber. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was very comfortable and located well for how we spent our vacation (at the beaches). We had spent our honeymoon on Saint Thomas 44 years ago and it was fun to revisit the island and enjoy the climate and the beaches. We spent the time with our daughter, son in law and granddaughter and we all felt we had adequate space. We would all highly recommend the property.

A very quiet neighborhood and property was immaculate! Nearby Beach was not so great so highly recommend rental car. Dexter was always available to answer questions. We would retuyhere!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated. It's large, new, and the views from the wrap-around deck look out to forest and Scott Bay beyond. Nice sunsets! It's convenient to the Red Hook ferry to take day trips to St. John, and an easy drive to Sapphire Beach and Coral Bay. We'd love to make this home base for us again!

This is second time staying in one of Dexter's properties. They both are very nice properties and we will stay again in the future.

This villa was very clean and well-stocked with comfortable beds, lots of clean linens, and everything you need for a fun stay on St. Thomas. It is a great location that is quiet and out of the way but very convenient to Red Hook and just a short drive to Magen’s Bay, Sapphire Beach, and the ferry to St. John. We can’t wait to come back!

Dexter will feel like your friend from the moment you meet him. He's friendly, reliable and very helpful! The house was very comfortable with working generators when the power would go out. All of the beach amenities you need are provided as well as lots of tourist advice and a rental car. Thank you Dexter and crew!

Unit was great for 4 adults. Kitchen extensively equipped. Unit was also very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Nice porch or veranda outside with a view of water. The neighborhood was not great: it was safe, just nothing there , we had to drive to the store or to any restaurants. Short drive to Red Hook where there’s some good restaurants and the ferry to St John Island. Dexter the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Spacious and nicely decorated. It is also close to everywhere we needed to go. I will highly recommend this home to my friends and family. We did not have any problems but Dexter was ready to assist with any concerns. We will be returning soon.

Dexter was very attentive and so fast to get back with us on any questions we had, he was so nice and friendly! He has the connections to just about everything you would wanna do while visiting the island! Property was very nice and clean, we definitely recommend this property!

Booked this property for four nights for a business trip planning and strategy meeting we needed a place to quiet and relaxing. This house was everything they described in the pictures and more

Clean and cozy, and the WiFi and A/C are there when you need it. Dexter set us up with SUV rental as well. Seamless and easy the whole 7 day stay.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The condo is as described. The roosters are very loud here but after a couple days we were used to them. Iguanas hanging out in the trees were fun to watch and the balcony was our favorite place to spend time in the mornings and evening. The kitchen could use a few items like a spatula and some bigger non stick pans but we were able to make it work and ate out for most of our meals. There is a grocery store right down the road and Red Hook is a very short drive down the road with some great restaurants.

The property was spot on with photos provided online. Our view of the marina and islands was beautiful. We loved having a host who also rented cars! The property is 5 minutes from amenities including fine restaurants, stellar beaches, Red Hook ferry to St. John's. We found sea turtles while on a day cruise and also at Smith Bay Park/Lindquist Beach. Everything we needed was supplied for snorkeling and beach fun! Our beds were comfy and perhaps the couch not so much, but who wants to sit on the couch when you're in St. Thomas!? Room darkening shades made it easy to sleep in. (You get used to the roosters, they are island-wide.) Come see it for yourself!!

My family of 4 stayed here for a short getaway. The property was very clean and more than met all our needs. It is a short 5 min walk to a small beach down the road or a short drive to several beaches nearby. With beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear provided it made for a wonderful trip.

Great place! Lovely unit and amenities. Would definitely return again. Just slightly difficult to find but the manager will give you the gps coordinates which work perfectly.

Loved the property, just like the pictures on the listing. Everything we needed from kitchen supplies to bathroom towels & beach gear. We had such a lovely stay & would definitely return again!

Dexter and his family were kind and accommodating to any of our needs/requests. The property is well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, the beach, linens, etc. We loved the location, it’s convenient to so much! My 5 year old and I enjoyed afternoon walks to the little beach down the road.. lots of great seashells/treasures to discover. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great...i do however have a few things to point out..not critical but should be fixed... 1. Bath and shower faucet handles loose need to be tightened. 2. Kitchen faucet had very low water pressure. 3. Front right stove top burner didnt work. 4. Bath sink faucets had very low water pressure. 5. Tv in bedroom with double beds did not connect to the internet/cable so it didnt work. Loved the ac units, a must, could use another one in the main living area. The extra fan was also great and could use another one. Washer and dryer were pay and should be free. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensials, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Which was expected. Hot was was limited and could use another hot water heater. For 3 or 4 taking showers its not enough. Location was perfect but entrance road could use some repairs, filling potholes. Overall great stay and would return.

The villa was cleaned very well and was perfect for my family size. It was located in a great area, close to every location we went to. The host provided us with a list of all services, restaurants, excursions, etc. that was perfect. Thank you for sharing your space.

The property is beautiful it's just the neighborhood is a little depressive. But that's how the island is. I would stay at the property again without question. Mr. Dexter is on top of things around the clock. Good service.

Place was just like the listing said. I took the 4 daughters and the accommodations were just what we needed, much better than a hotel. So happy that Dexter had a rental car, it gave us access to go and do whatever and wherever we wanted. I would highly recommend this place!

We truly enjoyed the property. Our host kept very close in touch to assure all went well. He even went out of his way and referred us to a charter boat company; St. Thomas was a beautiful experience. Staying close to Red Hook was excellent, everything was near by.

We’re a family of six. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were very clean and seemed to me like new. The next door neighbor is the man in charge of our place and he was very helpful and super easy to work with.

Wonderful trip! Great rental unit- well managed, clean with fabulous views. Easy drive to Red Hook and ferry to St John's. Grocery store, restaurants, bars nearby. We were able to rent a vehicle from host as well. A beautiful island experience we won't ever forget. Thanks Dexter!

Only issue was not enough hot water for showers. We were surprised at having to pay for laundry within a unit but Dexter was great and the condo was clean, perfect or gathering on veranda and well stocked with all that was needed.

Dexter made our stay so convenient and enjoyable. It started when he also offered the ability to rent a car from him along with renting the condo. The condo was super clean with helpful instructions regarding restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, etc. There were also beach toys, chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, water shoes, etc. Everything was just as it was pictured/advertised. The location was not too far from a popular shopping district, so we did not have to refill the gas tank until the evening before we were leaving. Dexter was also very accessible and responsive to all the vacation tenants. He even came by to check in with us at one point during our stay. He even gave us instructions on how to most effectively take the car ferry to St. John for a day trip. I recommend anyone going to St. Thomas to stay at Scott Beach Condo and Villas! Dexter cares about you having a great vacation!
