Nice, cozy hotel, good location a short distance away from the crowds by the beach yet close to the action. Easy to arrive by train. Really kind and helpful hosts.

Such a charming hotel, which is run by the loveliest couple who have such a great story to tell. Beautiful garden for breakfast. Clean room with good amenities. The owners are very welcoming and it has a really cosy familiar feeling. Not far to the beach and good restaurants, and a 10 min walk to the station. Would definitely stay again.

nicely decorated - convenient location ..... charming owners and everything worked efficiently. Parking could be an issue. Very pretty garden - didn't try food and only soft drinks available but a very pretty place.

The hosts Marion and Phillipe are wonderful, and take great care of all the guests. The building is an old and beautiful home with lots of charm and a lovely back garden.

Beautiful clean hotel in a perfect location. Rooms were very clean and spacious and had really good air conditioning. The owners were fab. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a family owned property. This is their first year in the job so they are super excited and super welcoming. My general experience in France with service has been very poor, but in this hotel they were super welcoming and sweet. There are items you can borrow for the beach like beach umbrellas, toys and books, which is super nice and thoughtful.

The single room is not very good value for money but it is nice. Would recommend to get one of the double rooms instead though. Beware there are only stairs and no elevators (2 floors tops)

Cleanliness was below expectations and the rooms were very basic. Carpet tiles on the floor did not appear to have been cleaned.

The hosts are great people, friendly, helpful, polite, nothing is too much trouble. They have recently taken on the property and are clearly working hard to upgrade the facilities and rooms. Would recommend for a short break. Close to the beach 10 mins and train 10 mins. Would visit again. Thank you both.

I felt completely at home whilst still enjoying the bliss of the holiday experience! This was due to the owners gift of being genuinely welcoming, interested, helpful and attentive to ones needs whilst maintaining complete professionalism. The room had great aircon (bliss) and everything one needs. Whilst the decor is modern the building still holds the beauty and ambience of days gone by. Breakfast is ample and the location is GREAT! Straight down the road to beaches, a great shop for beauty treatments, shops etc. Two mins walk to bus stop to go to Cannes or Nice! 8 mins walk to train station. Lovely situation to venture out and explore from and delightful to return to. I needed to be online during my stay and the internet was good too. Thank you x Definitely will be back.
