There were continues power cuts. So no internet, no airco. I tried to find a workable compromise but the hotel didn’t want to cooperate and charged me full for this nightmare

Amazing place for relaxing and being away from party hard , there r area around the hotel but not too close . However grab app bring everything. I recommend the place for couples , law key family more than single

Not dislike however there should be more explanation about Spa and prices types of services , at the vila because the I did not find.

Nothing! Everything is not achieve any expectation

1. Staff was not helpful, no a bit hospitality. 2. Location is a disaster, no 711/Big C around unless you walk 10+ minuets. 3. The whole villa is out of age, the design and facilities was like 30 years ago. Enter the villa, feels like back to the 1990s. For the record, I am 100% support environment friendly actions, but you need to open the AC after you enter the room when there is almost 40 degrees. One more incident, they hotel unexpectedly repair some tube and water tank. As a result, the staff cut off our water, without notifying us! I noticed the pool water stopped, so I called the front desk , they just told tank repair and didn’t inform no water in bathroom. That was insanely frustrating and the staff just directed us to GYM for shower which is cold water by the way. The breakfast is not worthy, not recommended!

The whole resort is amazing beautiful view

Sometimes take long for ask for a caddy and at beginning keys for electricity didn’t work but promptly the staff sorted out the problem
