Our annual friends trip was met with home away from home. It was a spacious property, had all we needed for a comfortable stay and a stone through from the beach. The host Mary was very responsive to questions and we were treated to an early check in and late check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended.

We (6 adults, 2 teens and a toddler) had a great stay at the property. It is in a great location and is well equipped. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.

The location was amazing with a short walk to the beach through a pedestrian only path. The house had all the best appliances and we loved the extra treat of having the beds made. The weather was freezing, with strong winds and high waves but the children, 2x8 and 2x6, loved jumping the waves from the shore and build sand castle which unfortunately were trampled over at lunchtime. Maybe there is a by-law about not building sancastle on the beach?

Sorry about the plastic toilet holder that did not hold very well.I thought of replacing it but it really needs something stronger to be drilled into the tiles. The coat hanger in that bathroom works perfectly well.

Lovely weekend get away
Had a great weekend with family, grandparents and kids. The kids loved racing around on the balcony and beach just a short walk away. Great layout, 2 bathrooms a bonus, and functional kitchen. Thanks!

Great location for a beachside getaway
Great location, so close to the beach in a peaceful environment. The house easily accommodated us all with all the supplies you could need for a family and friend holiday break. Will be keen to stay here again.

Fantastic home away from home!
We had a wonderful stay at Carrickalinga, the house has a wonderful homely feel about it, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the house allowed for the kids to sleep just the right distance away from us so we all slept in! Mary is a generous host and made us feel most welcome. Will definitely be back!

Simple, Comfortable, Very Close to the Beach
Joy to stay at, immaculately clean, well appointed in a great location. The house has a really nice kitchen, electric recliners in the living area and a large deck making it a very easy place to holiday in. The location is extemely close to the beach. Air con only in living area but fans in every room. Stayed in quite a few places locally and can highly reccomend this property!

Perfect beach holiday destination
Our second year staying here for a beach holiday. Lovely well equipped house, with decks all round, in a fabulous location, a minute's walk from beautiful Carrickalinga beach.

Cheel Family Getaway
We found the size and facilities well suited 5 adults and 5 children. The close proximity to the beach was perfect and plenty of bike riding access for all. Very relaxing environment.

Beach Holiday
The property was well equipped and clean. Although you couldn't see the beach it was only a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The one living/kitchen space was functional but very busy at times. The beds were very comfortable. The BBQ was a little old and compared to the rest of the house a little unclean.
