L’heure du coucher de notre première nuit, nous avons constaté que l’État que les draps étaient tacher de pipi et que Les drap n’avait pas été changé  de se fête là, nous avons écourté notre séjour de plus impossible de dormir dans cette hôtel mal insonorisé. Trop de bruit petit déjeuner catastrophique et insipide pour un 5

Clean easy to access

The staff was nice and helpful.

The air conditioning was very hard to operate. Our room had a very bad smell coming from the shower drain. There was a bar area, but no bartender on duty during the weekend. The restaurant was closed e cent for breakfast.

Very small and dirty pool. No restaurant or bar for dinner. Bad wifi connection in the room. Small breakfast selection. Service not good enough for such a hotel

Breakfast was good

The level of cleaning was sloppy. One day there was plastic waste from a toilet paper package in the bathroom sink. The glasses were not changed to clean ones even once during the three days and floora very dusty. The pool area is very small and in poor condition. Less than 10 sunbeds and some of them broken. The pool shower broke one day. Hotel staff didn't speak very good english.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. It is close to the train station and there are buses going to the Morillon beach with easy access. There was a pool at the hotel which was very nice because you didn’t have to feel stressed about making it to the beach everyday. Specially in the heat wave!

The bed was super hard. My back hurt already after the first night and by the 5th night I threw my back and couldn’t move. The breakfast didn’t have much options and it could’ve been a better selection.

The staff was extremely nice throughout our stay, thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience! Location of the hotel is also very nice and shops, fashion street, bars and restaurants are at a 10 min distance.

Wifi was difficult to connect too, seemed to drop out when I was around my desk, I had to use my personal hotspot most of the time.

The size of the room and the cleanliness of the hotel. Eve at reception was extremely helpful and was able to point out the best places to visit in Toulon.

Decent value breakfast in spacious bright room with outdoor space. Private underground secure parking with direct access into hotel very welcome. Whole hotel clean and modern.

We arrived late , about 11.30, understandably well after restaurant closed. Nothing ( sandwich, snacks) to eat available from cabinet in reception.
