La ubicación, justo al lado de la estación de Cornavin.
La cocina del estudio podría estar un poco mejor equipada.

The location is excellent. Hop off train (from airport) and into the hotel. Very central for other transport. In the heart of the city with lots of restaurants etc. Helpful staff.
A mini business centre where printing and xeroxing was availalble would have been good. But the staff were generally helpful with these matters.

Staff
The hotel was being renovated and there was no indication that this was the case. The wifi was patchy and the bath/shower didn't drain properly. There wasn't air conditioning.

Its proximity to transportation, restaurants, the quai, and old town.
I first got a mini apartment, but the aircondition was practically non-existent, only one sranding fan. However, there was no problem with switching rooms.

The staff was very nice.
The hotel is under construction it’s in a sketchy area right next to the train station, when I arrived there was an incident just outside and there was police etc. didn’t feel safe coming back to the hotel at night. The entrance looked super dodgy like a one star hotel! The hotel should provide a considerable discount given the fact that the photos are extremely deceiving you definitely don’t get what you pay for.

Hotel is some 20 meters from the train station Cornavin and taxi's and 40 meters from a busstop. The rooms are comfortable and come with coffeemaker/water heater, safe and water and coffee free every day. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is optional and basic but sufficient. Hotel is some 5 tot 10 minutes walking to Lac Leman/ Geneva Lake. Lots of cheap restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Turkis etc) in the neighbourhood, also supermaket Migros and Coop and warehouse Manor.

Very close to the railwaystation, friendly and efficient staff. The room had everything I needed and was rather big.

no a/c at first but they brought an a/c portable unit. I did not like the windows had to be open. it was not stated in the reservation the hotel was being renovated

Perfect place for a 1-night stay when you have an early flight the next morning. Takes 5 minutes to walk from your room to platform at the train station. It's actually more convenient than staying at one of the airport hotels. The room is nothing glamorous, but it's reasonably clean and comfortable.

Great location 4star Hotel fully self-contained unit and washing machines on ground floor.
The hotel was being partly refurbished, kitchenette was a bit tired.

It's a great place to stay before or after a plane trip, in this case I arrived from Mexico, took train for airport to station and in two minutes in the hotel. Comfortable, good wifi, excellent breakfast, nice staff, good location ..

It is ideally located adjacent to the main station and walking distance from the lake. The kitchenette in the room is helpful
It furnishing, carpets and upholstery are past their natural life span.

we didnt really liked it, especially that we “lied” to us about the parking, which was for us really important, so then we struggled to find a nice n safe spot to park, the building is very old, need some improvement

Sweet little hotel. perfectly located at the back of the main station.
I had a top floor room which was spacious. Nice big shower. Room could do with interior update as a little dated.

The staff was the worst ever in my whole life. They doesnt care your concerns and acted so mindless. I will never recommend to someone for staying.
