Wunderschönes großes Zimmer. Mit seitlicjen Balkon und Seeblick. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sogar Cappuccino mit Hafermilch. Freundliches aufmerksames Personal.

Hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da täte erneuern gut.

Großes Zimmer, ebenso großes Bad mit Wanne. Balkon mit Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Frühstück ausreichend, täglich frische Brötchen. Optionales Essen im Restaurant sehr gut und empfehlenswert.

Oller, klebriger Duschvorhang passt nicht zum gehobenen Gesamteindruck. Wasserkocher fehlt. Schlimm ist, dass man die Geräusche (Dusche, Toilettenspülung) aus dem Bad mit des Nachbarn mithören muss.

Das Frühstück war den 3Sternen angemessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Der Zimmerservice war ok.

Das Zimmer war klein, die Aussicht bescheiden (Sicht nach Norden auf ein Kiesdach und eine Böschung.) Eine Lampe in der mini-Garderobe wurde erst nach 3-maligem melden repariert. Der Wellnessbereich lässt viele Wünsche offen: kein Schwimmbad, kein Fitnessraum, die Sauna wurde erst nach Anmeldung beheizt (nur nachmittags )Die Hotelparkplätze reichen hinten und vorne nicht! Ohne Parkplatz musste man gegenüber gebührenpflichtig sein Auto abstellen!! Die Infos an der Rezeption sind ausbaubaufähig. Viele Hotels und Pensionen in Füssen bieten die Königskarte an, nur dieses nicht!!

Location and breakfast are amazing.

We reserved the premium rooms. Overall the hotel is nice and the food for dinner is really nice. However, for the price that you pay you would expect a different treatment and better facilities. The fridge was not working in one of the rooms and we never got it fixed. In the other room the safe was not working, we got it fixed for a couple of minutes but then did not work again. The door to the balcony got stock as well, and this is one of the things you pay for, the view from the balcony. The last day at the reception, we got asked about our stay and provided the feedback about the fridge, the safe and the door, and the person at the desk got very defensive and angry, which I did not like. We gave the feedback so that they could improve not to blame the person at the reception. So this was definitely a lowlight of the trip.

As expected from such a hotel

We got a room without a view ... and the virw in that area is a must . We should have checked if we can get a room with a view in advance

Staff were so nice and frendly. Hotel have a nice view to the Alps over the lake.

Hotel restaurant has a very good regional menu. Excellent meat from local producers. Large portions.

Did not see any sausages in the breakfast buffet.
