La bañera tenía la mampara muy pequeña y se salía el agua, el lugar de desayuno pequeño y siempre la misma comida

Great location between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was above average and it was clean.

The bed mattress was very hard. And for some reason they shut the heater down on a seasonal basis the weekend before we got there. Bad move because it was 50 F and raining so we froze in the room.

Les chambres ambiance rococo sont drôles dans un esprit très vénitien.

Les salles de bains sont très petites et vieilles. Les douches sont très petites. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Pas de couette moelleuse, juste une couverture qui gratte entre des draps.

Location is good

Rooms are very small and walls like thin paper, you can listen every single thing on the next room. We had an issue with the heater they told us it was off for the whole hotel even though it was freezing

très bonne situation à 2 pas de la place Saint-Marc. Calme. 2 lits jumeaux comme demandé. chambre de surface correcte, bien chauffée. petits déjeuners variés, avec les bons cornetti italiens. très bon rapport qualité prix pour le centre de Venise. Pleins de restaurants dans le quartier.

style un peu vieillot mais ça se voyait sur les photos du site. petites savonettes au lieu du distributeur de savon liquide comme on a souvent maintenant dans les hôtels. attention, couvertures et pas couette

Es un hotel sencillo pero muy buen ubicado y con una excelente ubicación

café da manhã em lugar apertado, café soluvel , pães nao muito bons, poucos frios , o café em geral poderia melhorar a qualidade. quarto bem apertado e banheiro mais apertado ainda mas esperado para Veneza e por ser um 3 estrelas.Tem pouco isolamento e a rua era meio barulhenta.

Hotel limpo e organizado, café da manhã muito bom. Muito bem localizado, bem próximo da Basílica de São Marcos e demais pontos turísticos. Localização centralizada entre a ponte Rialto e a Basílica de São Marcos.

Os travesseiros poderiam ser mais firmes e altos. Tive um pouco de dificuldades para me adaptar para dormir.

I travelled with an elder family member. The room was very nice, quiet and spacious. We reached early and got the room before the stipulated time, grateful for that. The AC worked well. The lift was kaput twice during our stay, which was a hassle esp. while dragging down luggage, and I chose this hotel esp. since I wanted the lift. However, the location is excellent and really central. The distance to Rialto bridge is 5 mins on foot and also to ferry for the Santa Lucia train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I give it a 7.5/10.

Breakfast could be better. More salty options pls. like sandwiches with cheese and cucumber + tomatoes. Piadinas? And lift should work pls.

The location was brilliant and the breakfast was nice.

We had room 64 "top of the shop" which made it difficult to deal with our luggage as the lift only went to level 3. The beds ( 2x single)were hard as a rock and the shower was mega small.

Great location, very close to everything. Breakfast room a little small, but the variety on offer was great.

There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The rooms were small but that is to be expected in this area.

The room was a comfortable size and the bath was very large. We were leaving early so they provided us a sack breakfast that was very good. THe hotel is only a couple blocks from St Mark's Plaza.

My criteria was an old school Venetian hotel, within 1,000 feet of St. Mark’s, breakfast included. I picked well! Located between St. Mark’s & Rialto Bridge, great restaurants nearby, great shopping, good breakfast, reasonably priced and a friendly and accommodating staff.
