Very modern design and very spacious!

The do not disturb turned off 30 seconds after turning it on. And the air-conditioning suffered the same problem.

It's at a good location.

Broken light switch and plug. Drops from the ceiling.

Value for the money. Good location, parking.

We slept in the new building, which is very modern, rooms are fresh.

During check in we needed to leave our passports at the reception. To my surprise when heading for dinner outside I found the reception unattended and ca. 20 passports/IDs lying on the desk unattended. I waited for the receptionist, who after my remark of this being unacceptable answered that he is alone and what can he do.

Fairly new building and Junior Suite was quite spacious. It was a little bit chilly in the room and we were not able to adjust the room temperature, maybe it was our problem and we didn't ask for any help. Anyhow, we found some other ways to keep ourselves warm :) In general, very clean room and building half an hour away from Verona.

Bed was keeping noice when moving. There are not many options for dinner in walking distance. We went to a pub around the corner as recommended by staff. It was ok, but food could also be better. Reserve spa in advance if your plan is to use those services.

The mere vast amount of nicely hot water from the shower was a plus in these days. The room was labelled as minimal, but, apart from the small dimensions, it had everything you expect from a "normal" room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in my life.

Location is not the best, noise insulation inexistent (room facing a main road), very basic breakfast and using the pool costs extra
